Congress could wipe out Pro-Life bills in all 50 states

The U.S. Congress is considering a Democrat pro-abortion bill that would eliminate any and all existing restrictions on abortion in state laws nationwide. 

"Few Americans are aware that a 'Gosnell Prerogative Act' has been introduced in Congress.  This bill would permit the grisliest abortion providers, like the now-convicted murderer, Kermit Gosnell, to set the standard of care for abortion," reports LifeNews.com.

"Unsurprisingly, this bill is not actually called the 'Gosnell Prerogative Act'�instead, S.1696 is deceptively titled the 'Women�s Health Protection Act.'  However, it is difficult to imagine a bill less protective of women and their unborn children."

[Dr. Chaps' comment:  Some of these state laws, despite limiting SOME abortions, also specifically authorize OTHER abortions.  For example in Texas surgical abortions are now restricted only after 5 months of pregnancy protecting SOME children, but authorized by law before 5 months killing OTHER children.  What we need is a bill that protects all babies beginning at conception.]

Sen. Rand Paul's  "Life Begins at Conception Act."  Can it stop abortion?  

The U.S. Senator from Kentucky, Rand Paul (R) has introduced the "Life Begins At Conception Act" Senate Bill S. 583, which is modeled after "Personhood" legislation we supported in ballot initiatives in Mississippi, Colorado, and Florida.

The pro-life legislation simply applies the protections of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to unborn children, by defining them as "persons."  Personhood is a legal strategy that can potentially overturn Roe v. Wade and stop the abortion holocaust in America, as predicted by Justice Blackmun who wrote the 1973 ruling:  "If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant�s case, of course, collapses, for the fetus� right to life would then be guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment."

Watch!  Dr. Chaps' 6 minute commentary on the new S. 583 "Life Begins at Conception Act" by Sen. Rand Paul.  While I applaud the 15 Senators who  co-sponsor S. 583, there is some concern this legislation does not go far enough.  

For example, my friend Tom Hoefling, former political director for Alan Keyes presidential campaign and current Chairman of America's Party, has drafted a free petition on http://faxcongress.com to amend S. 583 to make it even stronger in the protection of innocent life.  Tom writes:

"While we appreciate the declaration of principles that the Life at Conception Act represents, far more is needed than mere words to stop the daily killing of thousands of the weakest and most helpless among us...[The United States] Code must be stripped of provisions like the Laci Peterson law of 2004, Title 18, Chapter 1, "1841 and Title 10, Chapter 22 '919a, which, while rightly defining the child as an individual person, then allows the killing of certain classes of those innocent persons via the practice of human abortion. Without these amendments the legislation accomplishes little beyond mere political posturing."

     In 1683 AD the Turkish Muslim Army, attacking Eastern Europe, was finally defeated in the Battle of Vienna by German and Polish Christian Armies.  This crap has been going on for 1,400 years and half of these politicians don't even know it.

     If these battles had not been won we might be speaking Arabic and Christianity could be non-existent; Judaism certainly would be.  And let us not forget that Hitler was an admirer of Islam and that the Mufti of Jerusalem was Hitler's guest in Berlin and raised Bosnian Muslim SS Divisions: the 13th Waffen SS and the 21st Waffen SS Divisions who killed Jews, Russians, Gypsies, and any other "subhumans".

     Reflecting, A lot of Americans have become so insulated from reality that they imagine that America can suffer defeat without any inconvenience to themselves.  Pause a moment, reflect back.   These events are actual events from history.  They really happened!!!

     No, I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you?

     So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people.  So, ask yourself "Just how stupid are we?" Absolutely No Profiling!  They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year olds, Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winner and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males, alone lest they be guilty of profiling.

     [Again,] Ask yourself, "Just how stupid are we?"
     Have the American people completely lost their Minds or just their Power of Reason?
     .. the Gloria Aldreds and other stupid attorneys along with Federal Justices that want to thwart common sense, [should] feel ashamed of themselves - if they have any such sense.

Where and How to Store Emergency Supplies

Properly storing your emergency supplies is important, and there are a few things to consider as you gather your supplies and decide where to keep them. Think about the types of emergency situations you face, then plan accordingly. Are you located near an earthquake fault, flood zone, or do you face frequent winter storms, hurricanes, or tornado warnings? When disaster strikes, you need to be able to reach your supplies quickly and easily, so storing them in places you can get to is critical. There's no point to having emergency supplies if you need a ladder to get to them or they're buried under a pile of boxes.  Make sure you can access your supplies in a moment's notice. If your basement is the safest place to be in a disaster, then store your supplies there and make sure they're easy to access. However, if you live on the upper floor of an apartment building and earthquakes are you main concern, you'll probably want to store you emergency supplies in a backpack and make sure it's located somewhere along your escape route. Locating supplies in your home is a must, however, FEMA recommends storing additional supplies at work, in your car(s), and other places you frequent.  If you have children, you should check with their school to see if they have emergency supplies on campus. Many do, but if not, consider supplying them with a small kit to keep in the locker, desk, cubby, or backpack. Tips for Storing Emergency Supplies at Home Make a Plan. Determine what you will do if you are at home in the event of a disaster. Will you remain at home, or leave (if it's safe to do so)? Make sure your relatives and/or friends know what your plan is. Your car is usually with you all the time.  At work, at the mall, at school, your car is usually close by.  You never know where you're going to be when disaster strikes, so plan for the worse and hope for the best! Consider storing at least a three day supply of emergency food and water for one person in each of your vehicles. While you can't predict how many people might be in your car with you when a disaster occurs, a three day supply for one person will also last three people for one day. Consider storing these emergency preparedness items in your car(s): Flashlight with Emergency Flasher, AM/FM/NOAA Portable Radio, First Aid Kit, Distress Banner, Window Breaker / Seat belt Cutter, Survival Blanket, and a Waterproof Poncho. Keep an extra flashlight and a window breaker/seat belt cutter within arm's reach of the driver's seat. If you have an accident you make need to break a window, or cut through the seat belt to escape the wreckage of your vehicle. Remember that these items need to be within arm's reach to be of any use. Many cars have a utility compartment between the driver's seat and the passenger's seat. This is a great place to store these items as both the driver and passenger can reach it. A glove compartment may not be reachable by someone sitting in the driver's seat. When selecting products for your car emergency preparedness kit, consider items that are not only water resistant, but also operate with batteries (devices that do not require hand cranking). When operating radios and flashlights outside and in the elements, it can be difficult to operate and sometimes dangerous if constant hand cranking is required. If you need to walk or hike, you need a reliable light source which only battery operated devices can provide. High quality batteries like Duracell and Energizer, offer batteries with seven year shelf-life's. Not only should you keep a set of batteries in your flashlight, but you should also have a second set also. In the event of an emergency, you need instant access to light and you don't want to be fumbling around in the dark trying to insert batteries into your flashlight, so despite the myths about leaving batteries inside an electronic devices when not in use, you need to know that it's perfectly safe to do so as long as the shelf life of the batteries are not expired. Many companies have comprehensive emergency plans.  Even so, you need to have your own plan in place just in case.  Also, and as FEMA recommends, you should have some essential supplies stored at work. The free training is valuable and you'll learn about and help shape your company's disaster planning activities. The bottom line is that you want to make sure your child has the basic supplies when disaster strikes.    Inquire about the emergency plans at your child's school. Understand the procedures for picking up your child, where evacuation centers are located, and access routes. Does your child know how to contact you in an emergency situation. What if you're not at home, or phone lines / mobile services are down? Develop a Family Communications Plan and have your child memorize it and keep a copy in their wallet or backpack. If you child needs supplies at school consider a small box kit or fanny pack kit. They are small and are great for storing in a locker, desk, cubby, or backpack. A basic emergency preparedness kit should include: 3 Day supply of food and water, dust mask, poncho, and emergency blanket. If your child's school need emergency supplies consider talking to the PTA about a fundraising program like the one offered at Essential Packs. Thank you for your time and attention.

 

         First, please let me be very clear, what

​is​

 written here for your consideration is not about the Republican Party, Democrat Party, Independent Party, Libertarian Party, Tea Party or any other Party. It is about an idea conceived over two centuries ago, a country, a people, a document, our current president and his intentions for America.

​  I send this out because there are far too many people, both American and foreign, who mistakenly believe our founding documents are antiquated, irrelevant, out of date and not in keeping with a changing world.  To the contrary, our founding fathers, wise men all, were visionaries, with a great deal of knowledge and experience that guided them in the formation of our founding documents - they knew the pitfalls, both real and potential, they understood how wrong things can go, and where the weaknesses and problems could emerge.    

Their thinking and planning were examples of the most forward thinking, most advanced and thorough thought process in all of history.  America as it was founded was an unequaled experiment in process, freedom, and vision - it has remained thus throughout our history, and only now is that clearly defined intent at risk, and with it, not only the nation and her values and beliefs, but much of the rest of the world for whom America has been trustworthy, reliable, a champion of freedom in the darkest of times.​  

It is time for people everywhere to fully grasp what was created, why, and why it is vital to our survival that those principles remain intact. 

 

        Two hundred and twenty seven years ago (1787) a group of men whom we now refer to as the "founding fathers," following a long and bloody battle for their independence from a dictatorial Monarchy, assembled themselves together in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and did their best to establish a country governed in a God-fearing way by representatives who were selected by the people who were to be governed.

 

        No where in the history of all mankind were there any examples or even political theory in existence that offered them any hope that a republican form of government, based on the new concept of consent of the governed, could succeed on a wilderness continent which was much larger than any European state.

 

        These men met there on the world stage to carry out the first of three acts in this epic political drama, the drafting of the United States Constitution. The final document was the culmination of a fierce political struggle that had been waged for four sweltering summer months in secret behind guarded closed doors. The document sought to reconcile individual personal liberty with the perceived need for a central government with powers to forge a political and economic common market among thirteen separate and sovereign states.

 

        The next two acts to be performed on this world stage were the ratification of the document and the translation from words on parchment paper to institutional form and structure. In 1789 the first congress approved and sent to the states for ratification, a bill of rights of individual liberty, and additional rights reserved to the states. Those ten amendments, ratified on December 15, 1791, became an extremely vital part of the Constitution and crucial to greatly limiting the power of the Federal Government over both that of the people and separate states. The Republic of the United States of America, an experiment in people governing themselves was now a reality for the first time in the history of man. Newcomers from other countries, willing to be governed by it's Constitution and Bill of Rights and themselves, came in droves to this new land of government by the governed.

 

        I here bring to your attention that the United States of America was formed as a Republic and not a Democracy. All our lives you and I have been conditioned to believe we are a Democracy in America. How long has it been since you have heard of America referred to as a Republic? You see, there was purpose behind the words in the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag referring to our country as, "the Republic for which it stands." Ladies and gentlemen rest assured there is a very good reason the term "democracy" does not exist either in our Constitution or the Declaration of our Independence from the Monarchial King of England. A true Democracy is mob rule. Any government set up as a Democracy is the same government we would have if we were set up as a Socialist, Communist, or Marxist government. In these forms the government is a mob ruling over the people with absolutely no rights for individuals or minorities.

 

        It has been written, "The Founders were extremely knowledgeable about the issue of democracy and feared democracy as much as a monarchy. They understood that the only entity that can take away the people's freedom is their own government, either by being too weak to protect them from external threats or by becoming too powerful and taking over every aspect of life." Democracy and/or Socialism is mob rule by government. The founders of America were all too familiar with democracies/socialism, and deliberately did everything in their power to prevent a Democracy. It has been written, "In a Republic, the sovereignty resides with the people themselves. In a Republic, one may act on his own or through his representatives when he chooses to solve a problem." The people have no obligation to the government; the government is a servant of the people, and obliged to them, for they are its owner. Not only have many politicians, Republican and Democrat, lost sight of this fact, but a great many of the American people.

 

        A Constitutional Republic has a Constitution that limits the powers of the government. The goal of our founding fathers in forming a Constitutional Republic was to avoid the disastrous extremes of either tyranny (absolute ruler) or "mobocracy." (government mob).

 

        I submit for your consideration, we are witnessing today president Barack Obama, who by way of his own actions and words, is demonstrating his aspirations of becoming an absolute ruler. When he makes public statements of, "Fundamentally changing America," he is promising us to change the workings of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, for they ARE the fundamentals of America. His promising to "redistribute the wealth because of income inequality" is purposely designed to divide the American people. When he publicly promises, and I quote, "If congress doesn't do the things I think necessary, I will not wait on them." "I will do it myself." And again only last week, "I've got a pen and I've got a phone--and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward." This kind of talk is deliberately crafted to condition our minds and dumb us down to his way of Socialistic and absolute ruler thinking. It very well may be that he will never willingly relinquish the office of president.  

 

        Barack Obama is not an incompetent fool, ladies and gentlemen. He knows exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. For five years he has been conditioning the minds of all who will listen and very carefully and cunningly crafting the country for his possible absolute rulership through ignoring the Constitution and the people's congress. Please familiarize yourself with this man's past. He is the most dangerous man in American history, to the Constitutional Republic and individual freedoms, which our founding fathers established and left for us. It will be up to us to defend and preserve it. Make no mistake, his view of America is very different than that of our founding fathers, and most Americans today.

 

        Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution states: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government"...If we the American people don't stop this and start a reversal of the present trend, the free Republic of America will be lost for generations to come to a Socialist, tyrannical government mob. It begs the question, "Do we really care enough?" There needs to be a great awakening of all freedom loving Americans to the fact, that a people can become slaves to an absolute ruler, and the government, as well as a plantation owner. Do you really care enough? The voting booths will open again this November 4th for 37 Senate seats and all 435 House seats. America's destiny in in our hands!!

This is what is happening now - NOW - in Syria and Iraq - the people in the photos ( a tiny few compared to hundreds of thousands murdered/slaughtered) are what is being done to CHRISTIANS AND  JEWS.  

All (REPEAT ALL) media report that our so-called bombings of ISIS in Syria are ineffectual, that they were given enough time to hide/move, and that we are bombing nothing of importance.  WHY?  I think (at least to me) it is or should be clear as the nose on your face.  But you  may still be living in a dream world.

Keep in mind that this shit has been going on for thousands of years, and of more recent varieties, we've known the details for well over a year, yet our weak-ass bombings just began, after giving full warning of it impending.  

Again, if you can't tolerate violent horror, don't look at these photos - I dare say this is even worse than the Nazi's - and who could imagine that ever happening?  But it is, NOW.  To refer to these barbaric creatures as humans, people, animals, pigs or any other word known to man is simply not sufficient a description.  They are non of those - they are in a league all their own and as I have said many times, they must be blown off the face of the earth, once and for all, and forever!​

This is shocking ...It shows numerous beheadings and extreme torture...If you think the subject will bother you.. please do not click the link.. it is worse than the worst form of graphic violence you will ever view... ..It is the most awful thing I have ever seen...  I don't think anyone made this up ... it is too graphic and unfortunately typical behavior from these people.. The world better wake up

 

 

This is heartbreaking.   These pictures are very hard to look at, but the world needs to know what kind of evil ISIS is, and wipe it out.   It was very painful to see them.  I couldn't view them without crying (and I almost threw up).   How could humans be so cruel?   They can't really be humans at all, but Satan himself spreading this evil.   BD   WARNING...THESE PICTURES ARE EXTREMELY GRAPHIC...DO NOT LET CHILDREN VIEW.. Tiger Woods, The Irishman & Mercedes

On a golf tour in Ireland, Tiger Woods drives his Mercedes into a petrol station in a remote part of the Irish countryside.
The pump attendant who knows absolutely nothing about golf, greets him in a typical Irish manner completely unaware of who the golfing pro is.

"Top of the mornin' toyer sir," says the  attendant.

Tiger nods a quick "hello" and bends forward to pick up the petrol nozzle.  As he does so, two tees fall out of his shirt pocket onto the ground.
"What are those?" asks the attendant.
"They're called tees," replies Tiger.

"Well, what on this god's earth are dey for?" inquires the Irishman.

"They're for resting my balls on when I'm driving," says Tiger.
"Holy Guinness," says the  Irishman, "Mercedes thinks of everything!"
