NJ city considers adult curfew after crime spate

My opine:  I would like to see branded, publicly, whoever the racial or ethnic groups or nationalities are that commit the crimes that can prod a government, at any level, to trash our Constitution.  Why not publish their race or ethnicity?  It certainly would make it easier to avoid them ... or as I suggest later, to find them.    If we're going to trample on the Constitution of the United States then I say, "If they're black then curfew all blacks.  By the same token (no pun intended) be they Spanish/Latinos, whites or some immigrant class then curfew them.  If they are illegals, kick'em the h... out of our country."  For one, I'm sick'n tired of being the 'silent (white) majority.'     Why not arm the whole community involved and let'em do a little generational house cleaning?  If not that, then put bounties on'em and let the rest of the citizenry, who aren't "rap-crappin' gang-banging", to do a little ol'fashioned 'western style justice' "community organizing!"  A few Vigilance Committees here'n there could do wonders.  A side benefit is that it'd probably strengthen the gene pool for the betterment of us all.
