Voter intimidation is never acceptable.

As American citizens, we have the incredible right to vote in free and democratic elections. No voter, regardless of individual beliefs or party affiliation, should ever feel threatened when exercising this basic right.

Have You Heard? The Washington Times revealed that Associate Attorney General Thomas J. Perrelli, the No. 3 official in the Obama Justice Department, was consulted and decided to drop a case against three members of the New Black Panther Party who were accusedof voter intimidation in Philadelphia.

Recently, the Obama administration chose to dismiss a civil complaint against three members of the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation. The case centered around video captured last November in Philadelphia by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania showing three men issuing threats and insults and brandishing a nightstick. The Obama administration's unilateral dismissal of a case that involved blatant voter intimidation is troubling to me. In light of the openness and transparency promised by the administration, the American people deserve to know what led them to make this decision. Please take a moment to watch the video from last November and then make a donation to the Republican Party of Pennsylvania.
