'Birthers' aren't CRAZY! I'm not kidding! No, really!
I'm Molotov Mitchell, and I scoffed at so-called "birthers," those allegedly fanatical spoilsports who claim Barack Obama shouldn't be recognized as President until he provides proof-positive he is a natural-born citizen.  I mean, how could Obama have run and been elected as Commander in Chief without having been vetted as constitutionally qualified?  Sounded crazy!  Then I took a closer look at the issue.

When I examined the facts, I went from being a complete skeptic about the Obama birth certificate to an ardent believer that his is the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. The Constitution, you see, insists the President must be a natural-born citizen, and Mr. Obama has yet to prove he meets that all-important criteria. Still hesitant?  Then ask yourself:  Why doesn't Barack Obama simply comply with the Constitution and make the issue go away?  Think of it -- we ALL have to produce certified copies of our full certificates on everything from getting a U.S. passport to signing up our kids for Little League baseball. He promised transparency, so why is Mr. Obama stonewalling, spending more than $1.4 million to keep his long-form birth certificate and numerous other telltale records hidden from the public?  Now THAT sounds crazy.  What makes sense is to ask for simple, common proof-positive. You might also be asking yourself: What is so important about where Mr. Obama was born? The answer is simple: Either we, as Americans, uphold the Constitution as our nation's foundational law, or we don't -- and watch our ordered liberty crumble beneath us.
Because if we don't insist on equality under the law, everything the Constitution ordains and protects is at risk, including our rights, our freedoms, our very form of government. Think of it this way: If the man calling the shots in the White House isn't legal according to the Constitution, then his every action is illegal.
