o'bamacide Government health care -ACLJ: Abortion/Planned Parenthood in schools?

From: Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel  Sent: Wednesday, October 14, 2009

The Senate Finance Committee has approved its version of the massive health care overhaul - handing the government a leading role in every American's health care, including yours.

Here's why:  Congress has BLATANLTY REJECTED pro-life efforts to keep abortion out of the bills.

There is also a troubling provision that would give organizations like Planned Parenthood the authority to run clinics in our public schools, accountable only to the Department of Health and Human Services.  The next step in this legislative process is crucial.  Health care legislation is headed to the Senate and House of Representatives - where the ultimate decisions will be made.

We will keep you posted on the latest developments as they unfold.
