We are thrilled to celebrate a major victory today - because you stood up and spoke out!  Watch my brand-new video report now!

This past Saturday, the Stupak-Pitts Amendment passed in the House of Representatives.  It prohibits the use of federal funds for abortions under the health care bill.

Media Player Image We aggressively supported this amendment and its specific language to keep your tax dollars from being used for abortions.  Thank you to the nearly 170,000 ACLJ members who signed on to our petition and took a strong stand for life!

This represents a VERY positive move for pro-life America, for which we are incredibly grateful - watch my online video report - but it is the only bright spot in an otherwise troubling government-run health care bill put forth by House Speaker Pelosi.

Unfortunately, the leadership in the House produced a disturbing and flawed health care package that not only fails to meet the needs of most Americans, but interjects an unprecedented level of government intrusion and bureaucracy into health care.

From here, the fight now goes to the Senate, where our Government Affairs team is already at work.

Stay tuned to Jay Sekulow Live! and ACLJ This Week for all the latest on this issue.

Thank you!
