9/11 Mastermind to Get 'Fair Trial' in NYC Court!

Yep, you read that right...

Barack Obama has ordered his appointee U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to bring the self-proclaimed 9/11 terrorist mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and four of his accomplices to New York City - just blocks from Ground Zero - where they will be given a U.S. citizen's 'fair trial' including due process, court appointed attorneys, and likely TRIAL BY JURY (who are their PEERS??)!

AG Holder quipped, "I am confident in the ability of our courts to provide these defendants a fair trial, just as they have for over 200 years."

This is UNPRECEDENTED and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The 5th and 6th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution specifically grant the rights to due process and fair trial by jury to United States citizens only!

What a travesty!!! Barack Obama's world of kumbaya global-feel-good political correctness says we ought to care more about what third world Islamist enemies think of us than whether justice is served!

After 9/11, these terrorist thugs and their combatant cohorts were judiciously hunted down and captured by our brave men and women in uniform - at great risk, and loss of U.S. blood and treasure - and they were promptly shipped to Guantanamo Bay to be held with other terrorist conspirators ... far away from American shores where they could do no more harm.

And there they have awaited military tribunals to be prosecuted as the foreign combatants and as the war criminals they are! While imprisoned at "Gitmo", these terrorists have revealed crucial intelligence details that have aided the CIA and FBI in preventing more 9/11-style attacks.

Now, after the most heinous terror attack in modern history, Barack Obama and his Islamist-coddling, socialist administration are hell-bent on closing Gitmo and bringing these terrorist thugs onto American soil to be given a full and fair trial complete with defense access to our security secrets -- and constitutional rights ... reserved only for U.S. citizens!!!

We cannot, nay, we WILL NOT let this go without a fight!  THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!

Our brave troops should not be shipped all over the globe to hunt down and capture these radical agents of mass murder only to be brought to the U.S. with the red carpet rolled out for them!

NO!  Our troops are risking their lives and DYING FOR US to find, capture, and exact true justice!  And that's why we cannot cheapen their service and their resolve by treating terrorists like U.S. citizens.

IN FACT, in cases already brought to trial for terrorist collaborators in the U.S., the trials have resulted in circus-shows wasting tens and hundreds of thousands of taxpayers' dollars!

And what's more, when the government is forced by defense attorneys to present vital intelligence evidence in open court in order to prosecute these criminals, newly-revealed top secret intelligence threatens to compromise our operations around the globe!

As Sen. Mitch McConnell, the top Republican in the Senate, explained, "Classified information can be inadvertently leaked. Our cities will face enormous security problems. And our communities will be potential targets for attack."

WHAT INSANITY! WHAT A FARCICAL CONCEPT OF OBAMA'S OATH TO "PROTECT AND DEFEND" OUR CONSTITUTION!

We MUST hold Barack Obama and the Justice Department accountable for this blatant miscarriage of justice!
