Fox News Video: NRTW Challenges Radical Obama Recess Appointee

Last Saturday afternoon, at a time when there's little media attention on the White House, President Barack Obama installed radical union lawyer Craig Becker to the National Labor Relations Board as a recess appointment.

Over the next few days, National Right to Work Foundation staff attorneys sprung into action to file 15 motions demanding Becker to recuse himself from pending cases involving the Foundation because of his personal bias and malice against our organization's work to protect individual employees from compulsory unionism abuses.

The hardworking Americans who turn to Foundation attorneys for free legal aid when union officials violate their rights deserve a fair hearing, and they won't get that from Craig Becker, a longtime apologist for the worst forced unionism abuses.

National media like the Wall Street Journal covered the story, shining a light on Becker's radical views. As Mark Hemingway noted in the Washington Examiner,

One of the biggest interests groups on labor issues in Washington is National Right to Work. Unions try and portray the organization as a shill for big business, but the fact is that National Right to Work is the only organization providing free legal aid to workers with grievances against their union, and is otherwise responsible for doing a lot to keep unions in check.

It's hard to imagine that Becker is capable of giving them (or just about anyone who isn't a union) a fair hearing.
National Right to Work Foundation President Mark Mix appeared on Fox News with host Megyn Kelly to discuss Becker's record.
