But he won?t be able to laugh off the latest allegations. We have now learned that with quick action he and his White House Staff may have been able to limit the damage, but they were too incompetent to act. The video interview below blows this scandal wide open. When asked by Judge Andrew Napolitano of Fox News why he should not be held responsible for potential deaths caused by the leak, Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, answered that he contacted the White House about the leaks before they were released and asked them to review them. The White House?s response? Nada. They were too busy golfing, partying with Paul McCartney and spending the summer vacationing. In subsequent email conversations Assange?s people clarified that they sought this response through the New York Times. The decision, according to Julea Ward?s attorneys, could result in Christian students across the country being expelled from public university for similar views. ?It?s a very dangerous precedent,? Jeremy Tedesco, legal counsel for the conservative Alliance Defense Fund told FOX News Radio. ?The ruling doesn?t say that explicitly, but that?s what is going to happen.? U.S. District Judge George Caram Steeh dismissed Ward?s lawsuit against Eastern Michigan University. She was removed from the school?s counseling program because she refused to counsel homosexual clients. The university contended she violated school policy and the American Counseling Association code of ethics. ?Christian students shouldn?t be expelled for holding to and abiding by their beliefs,? said ADF senior counsel David French. ?To reach its decision, the court had to do something that?s never been done in federal court: uphold an extremely broad and vague university speech code.? The money was paid to Jacob Lew in January 2009, about two weeks before he joined the State Department as deputy secretary of state, according to a newly filed ethics form. The payout came on top of the already hefty $1.1 million Citigroup compensation package for 2008 that he reported last year. Administration officials and members of Congress last year expressed outrage that executives at other bailed-out firms, such as American International Group Inc., awarded bonuses to top executives. State Department officials at the time steadfastly refused to say if Mr. Lew received a post-bailout bonus from Citigroup in response to inquiries from The Washington Times. Long-time listeners of conservative talk radio are aware of audio montages where old-line media talking heads repeat verbatim a set of words that can't be anything other than shared talking points. A perfect example was the 2000-era Dick Cheney "gravitas" showcased by Rush Limbaugh. It's one thing to ask how proper reporting of Obama might have changed the outcome of the election. I'll ask a bigger question: Did old-line media journalists share talking points to prop up the global warming issue? In his August 2007 American Thinker article "Global Warming Propaganda Factory," Christopher Alleva described the coordinated efforts of the Society of Environmental Journalists: I have often wondered how the media are in such lock step on Global Warming.
