ERIC HOLDER'S GUNRUNNER SCANDAL FUNDED WITH $10 MILLION OF OBAMA'S STIMULUS MONEY ERIC HOLDER'S POORLY EXECUTED ATTEMPT TO DEMOLISH THE SECOND AMENDMENT      There is a new little wrinkle in Attorney General Eric Holder's claims of ignorance regarding the Gunrunner Scandal ? Holder's Department of Justice requested and received $10 million in funding specifically for "Project Gunrunner" as part of Obama's 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, aka the Stimulus Bill.      The damning evidence can be found on page 16 of the Act, under the heading "Department of Justice" and subheading "Office of Justice Programs"! According to the Library of Congress the section reads as follows: "For an additional amount for 'State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance', $40,000,000, for competitive grants to provide assistance and equipment to local law enforcement along the Southern border and in High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas to combat criminal narcotics activity stemming from the Southern border, of which $10,000,000 shall be transferred to 'Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Salaries and Expenses' for the ATF Project Gunrunner."      Eric Holder not only knew about Gunrunner, he requested $10 million to fund it. The only question now is, how much did Barack Obama know and when did he know it?      "You've got people who are dead. You have weapons that are missing and you have an administration that doesn't seem to want to take any accountability for it," Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT).      Like something out of a bad conspiracy movie, it is beginning to appear that Holder agreed to the now infamous "Gunrunner/Gun Walking/Fast & Furious" program in part to help Second Amendment hating Leftists who sought to impose gun control by "proving" that law abiding American gun shops were responsible for Mexican gang violence.      The plan might have worked brilliantly were it not for one murdered U.S. border patrol agent and a handful of dedicated ATF agents brave and honorable enough to blow the whistle on their own organization's shameful sellout of the U.S. Constitution.      Even now, as the true cost and body count resulting from Holder's betrayal become evident, the Left just isn't ready to give up. Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) said in a statement that "no legitimate examination of this issue will be complete without analyzing our nation's gun laws, which allow tens of thousands of assault weapons to flood into Mexico from the United States every year, including fifty caliber sniper rifles, multiple AK variants, and scores of others." Rep. Cummings apparently does not care that it was the U.S. Government, not its citizens, who sent these guns ? in violation of standing U.S. law ? to Mexico in the first place. Anything to kill the Second Amendment ? even killing our own brave border patrol field agents!      As the damning evidence and criminal implications mount, Eric Holder's Department of Justice seems intent upon stonewalling - adding contempt of Congress to the possible list of charges levied against the ATF and DOJ.      ATF supervisors, acting as Holder's "yes men" and co-conspirators have already been caught red handed in a web of lies poured upon a suspicious Congress and a shocked nation. While supervisors told the House Oversight Committee that no guns were ever allowed across the border, whistle blowing ATF field agents have provided ample evidence to the contrary. For every document the ATF powerbrokers have refused to turn over, brave agents-on-the-ground have turned over their own records, including emails from the very supervisors denying "Project Gun Walker" (now being called "Project Gunrunner" by the mainstream media) which, in the higher-ups' own words and directives, confirms the entire gun walking operation.      ATF supervisors, surprised that their lies had been exposed, are now refusing to turn documents over to House Oversight Chairman Chairman Darrell Issa's investigators, claiming the need for redaction of sensitive and classified information. Chairman Issa has made it clear that he wants these documents unmolested. But given the current state of our criminal government, it is doubtful he will receive the evidence any time soon, if at all. We must stand up for our rights before a corrupt Eric Holder and tyrannical Barack Obama seize our guns and our liberty without any hope of restoration or renewal.      BACKGROUND: ERIC HOLDER'S LONG EXPERIENCE WITH GUN RUNNERS: Holder has been defending a Columbian gun running scam since 2007      The DOJ/ATF "Gun Walker" scandal isn't the first time Eric Holder's name has come up in association with gun runners and terrorist organizations. Just a few years ago Holder acted as defense attorney for one of the largest gun running scandals in recent history.      In 2007, then private attorney Eric Holder defended the group that funneled $1.7 million into the Columbian group AUC (Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia) ? a U.S. designated terrorist organization. In addition to funding, Chiquita International Brands (CIB) helped the group illegally import over 3,000 AK-47s and 5 million rounds of ammunition into a country ripped apart by drug wars.  And Eric Holder not only defended CIB, he initially argued to the court that CIB had done nothing wrong.  When that did not work, he helped CIB negotiate a relatively small fine and eliminate legal penalties for the CIB employees who facilitated the illicit weapons transactions.      Now it comes to light that Eric Holder's own U.S. Department of Justice, through its reporting agency the ATF, instituted a policy of assisting in the illegal export of guns to Mexican drug cartels.  ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) agents reportedly not only turned a blind eye toward illegal gun sales, field agents were forced by superiors to actively facilitate the transfers.  And in at least one case, that of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, the cartels used those "gun walked" weapons to murder U.S. officers.      In his recent testimony before Congress, Eric Holder claimed absolutely no knowledge of the "Gun Walker" program.  But given his previous work with gun runners, it is not far-fetched to imagine that Holder not only knew, but had a large hand in the program.      Frankly, the ongoing DOJ/ATF "Gun Walker" scandal represents only the latest in a long line of disgraces associated with Attorney General Eric Holder, including numerous instances of his refusal to enforce or even abide by the law, such as the New Black Panthers voter intimidation case, the ACORN Voter corruption and funding scandals, federal court orders regarding "ObamaCare" and Congressional subpoenas, and his shocking dereliction of duty regarding the Defense of Marriage Act.    Rather than stand as the "top cop" and ultimate sentinel and protector of our nation's rule of law, Holder seems to be far more interested in traducing the law to suit his own cronies, radical friends, colleagues, business associates ? plus random "clients" and high bidders.  How much longer will we tolerate corruption and outright trampling of the Constitution from America's highest law enforcement office?  Our current Attorney General is not fit to lead the Department of Justice.  ERIC HOLDER MUST GO!      Congressional hearings into the "Gun Walker" case are happening now, so we must act quickly to ensure the Department of Justice can be cleansed of the cancer destroying it from within.  Please fax Congress now!  And please consider making a donation to help Life & Liberty PAC continue our crucial whistleblowing operations.      My apologies to Charlton Heston, the National Rifle Association and others who claim the similar expression for guns.  They haven't taken away our guns yet, but they are planning to take away our light bulbs.  They being the Federal government will begin enforcing a new law that goes into effect January 1, 2012, if Congress does not repeal it.  (Fat chance, although some House members did try.)  Incidentally, most of Europe is doing the same thing.

     The light bulb "ban" is part of the Energy Independence and Security Act passed in 2007.  It isn't really a ban as such but it effectively limits the sales of several types of incandescent bulbs (starting with the popular 100 watt bulb) simply because they are too inefficient.  More specifically, there is a planned phase out starting in 2012 and extending through 2014.  Some special bulbs are exempt such as appliance bulbs, 3-way bulbs and those less than 40 watts or more than 150 watts.  The overall push is for light bulbs in general to get more efficient, not only with the CFLs and LEDs but with better incandescent like those with halogen or xenon.  The government believes we can save energy and reduce global warming if we get rid of the offending light bulb.  It appears that most of us have not been replacing our incandescent fast enough with CFLs to satisfy the EPA.  Get ready for a visit from the light bulb police if your house is lighted too brightly.  And hide your hoarded stash of incandescent bulbs well.

     I doubt that there are too many of us who are not implementing some kind of "green" program to cut energy costs and reduce pollution by replacing these retro lights that have been around since Edison and Swan invented them during the 1870s.  Despite being dated technology, these bulbs work great and we are all familiar with them.  They are cheap, reliable and readily available.  But let's face it, lighting eats up about 8 to 12% of our home energy bills depending upon house size, lighting types, and how frugal we are.  Roughly 50% of that home energy is taken by things with motors like refrigerators, HVAC and other appliances.  But going with a more efficient lighting solution will save some energy and money especially if everyone does it.
     I am already on the way to replacing my incandescents with CFLs.  I don't necessarily like it but I am doing it.  I now use them in porch lights, ceiling/fan lights, and a few lamps.  I still use incandescents in my reading lamps as I prefer the coloring and the fact they are just brighter.  That whitish/blue light is irritating, but I guess that's just me.  I did recently find a CFL with a more incandescent glow which I am trying out.  Not too bad but still not bright enough even in the highest wattage size.  There are also no good CFL replacements that I have found for recessed floods and spots which are common in kitchens and some light fixtures.
     While the CFLs do save energy, they are much more expensive, at least 5 to 10 times what an incandescent costs.  I am sure that those who are less affluent certainly balk at the price when food is more important, even if the CFL is cheaper if amortized over a longer period.  Do most consumers amortize their purchases?  Of course not.
     Other CFL downsides besides less overall light and color are the time it takes to come up to full brightness as well as the declining illumination over time.  CFLs also do not work with most dimmers.  There are some CFL dimmers but they are not as good as the old fashion incandescent kind.  I have also heard that CFLs do not work well in cold environments, like outdoors in winter or in refrigerators.
     One big issue is that some CFLs really interfere with shortwave and ham radio communications with a horrible noise spectrum that makes listening impossible.  It took me a while to figure that out until my wife turned off a lamp while I was trying to listen one day and suddenly all the radio noise went away.  And let's not forget the disposal hazard.  CFL disposal recommendations are a real pain and inconvenience.  I doubt that most consumers are going to discard a bad CFL with the local disposal facility as recommended.  I did break a CFL not too long ago and some of that mercury vapor got free.  I didn't die and I have no ill effects from the clean up but maybe it's going to get me later somehow.  I am not going to worry about it.
     The bottom line is that we are replacing an accepted cheaper product with one that is more complex and expensive and has many downsides.  Doesn't seem like common sense to me but I keep reminding myself that it is for the collective good.  We all need help with our energy and pollution problems.  CFLs are an easy solution, still it seems like a high price to pay.  Most consumers are short term vs. long term thinkers as they go for the immediate gratification.  They are trading off low price for brighter lights now for the savings over five to ten years.
     As for LEDs, they certainly seem to be the best choice as almost any desired intensity and color can be had.  But at a price.  I have only tried one LED bulb ($20) and it is certainly bright enough although I still could not find the color spectrum I wanted.  Even though this bulb will last probably longer than I will, it is still way too expensive for the average person.  We can all assume that the LED will be our future as prices abate.  In the meantime, enjoy your CFLs.  And don't spend all those savings in one place.

     Whatever their reasons for doing so, the actions of the ATF project Gunrunner have been used to demonize the Second Amendment, American gun dealers, and American gun laws. Months ago we found out that the ATF was allowing, and even encouraging, large gun sales to individuals for the purpose of taking them across the border to arm Mexican drug cartels. Taking their cue from the Obama administration, news outlets have been citing the 'failure of American gun laws' for arming these killers in Mexico, but as more and more comes out about Operation Fast and Furious we learn now that American gun laws would have stopped these transactions had not the ATF and the FBI deliberately subverted (read BROKE) the law and allowed these sales on purpose.

      George Soros, the billionaire best known for breaking the Bank of England, is returning money to outside investors in his $25.5 billion firm, ending a career as hedge-fund manager that spanned more than four decades.

      Soros, who turns 81 next month, will hand back the money, less than $1 billion, by the end of the year, according to two people briefed on the matter.  His firm will focus on managing assets solely for Soros and his family, according to a letter to investors.  Keith Anderson, 51, chief investment officer since February 2008, is leaving, said the letter, signed by Soros's sons Jonathan and Robert, who are co-deputy chairmen.

      "We wish to express our gratitude to those who chose to invest their capital with Soros Fund Management LLC over the last nearly 40 years," they said in the letter.  "We trust that you have felt well rewarded for your decision over time."

      The move completes Soros's transformation from a speculator, who in 1992 made $1 billion betting that the Bank of England would be forced to devalue the pound, to philanthropist statesman, a role he first imagined for himself as a Hungarian émigré studying at the London School of Economics after World War II, according to Soros's writings.  In the last 30 years, he's given away more than $8 billion to promote democracy, foster free speech, improve education and fight poverty around the world, he said in a recent essay.

Family Assets

      Soros's sons said they took the decision because new financial regulations would have made it necessary for the firm to register with the Securities and Exchange Commission by March 2012 if it continued to manage money for outsiders.  Because the firm has overseen mostly family assets since 2000, when outside money accounted for about $4 billion, they decided it made more sense to run it as a family office, according to the letter.

      The rule calls for hedge funds with more than $150 million in assets to report information about their investors and employees, the assets they manage, potential conflicts of interest and their activities outside of fund advising.  Registered funds will also be subject to periodic inspections by the SEC.

      "We have relied until now on other exemptions from registration which allowed outside shareholders whose interests aligned with those of the family investors to remain invested in Quantum," the executives said in the letter, referring to its flagship Quantum Endowment Fund.  "As those other exemptions are no longer available under the new regulations, Soros Fund Management will now complete the transition to a family office that it began eleven years ago."

Druckenmiller's Move

      Soros, who controls more than $24.5 billion for himself, his family and his foundations, declined to comment on the letter.  Last year, Stanley Druckenmiller, Soros's chief strategist from late 1988 until 2000, closed his money- management firm, Duquesne Capital Management LLC, and created his own family office.

      While Quantum has returned about 20 percent a year, on average, since 1969, when its predecessor was started, according to a person familiar with the firm, the fund's performance has suffered in the last 18 months.  In the first half of this year, Quantum lost about 6 percent, the person said, following a gain of 2.5 percent in 2010.  Other macro funds have returned 5.6 percent in the last year-and-a-half, according to Chicago-based Hedge Fund Research Inc.

      Soros was born in Budapest in 1930, as Dzjchdzhe Shorash.  When the Nazis invaded the city in 1944, Soros's father arranged for false papers for his family and friends that identified them as non-Jews.  Most of the people his father helped survived the war, Soros said in the essay published in the New York Review of Books in late June.

'Evil Force'

      "Instead of submitting to our fate we resisted an evil force that was much stronger than we were -- yet we prevailed.  Not only did we survive, but we managed to help others," he wrote, adding the experience gave him an appetite for taking risk.  "This left a lasting mark on me, turning a disaster of unthinkable proportions into an exhilarating adventure."

      After London, Soros came to New York at the age of 26 and became a trader, initially buying and selling stocks for Wall Street brokerage F.M. Mayer.  He planned to work for five years, enough time, he reckoned, to save $500,000 and return to England where he would pursue his philosophical studies, according to an interview he gave to Michael Kaufman, author of "Soros: The Life and Times of a Messianic Billionaire."

      Instead, he stayed in the world of finance, eventually moved to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisors LLC, where he set up the predecessor to the Quantum fund in 1969.   He started his own firm in 1973.

Conflicting Goals

      Over the years, Soros had to deal with conflicting goals of making good and doing good. While Soros's fund made about $750 million betting on a decline in the Thai baht in 1997, the wager increased economic woes in Thailand as the government spent billions unsuccessfully defending its currency.  In the wake of the devaluation, Thailand was forced to cut public spending in exchange for a $17.2 billion rescue package from the International Monetary Fund.

      In 1997, his philanthropic tendencies drove him to buy Russian assets.  He took a $1 billion stake in RAO Svyazinvest, Russia's state-owned telecommunications company, and went on to buy Russian stocks and bonds.  He didn't sell his positions even after publishing a piece in the Financial Times advising the government to devalue the ruble by 15 percent to 25 percent. Four days later, Russia followed his advice.

      "He felt that if he was a beacon of investment in Russia, others would follow and the capital inflows would transform the society and integrate them into the G7," Robert Johnson, a former Soros managing director, told author Sebastian Mallaby in his book 'More Money than God.' "There's a philanthropic side of George that started to interfere with the speculative one."

'Public Interest'

      In his recent essay, Soros echoed the remarks of his former colleague.

      "I have made it a principle to pursue my self-interest in my business, subject to legal and ethical limitations, and to be guided by the public interest as a public intellectual and philanthropist," he wrote.  "If the two are in conflict, the public interest ought to prevail," he said.

      Soros opened his first foundation, the Open Society Fund, in 1979, when his fund had reached about $100 million and his personal wealth had climbed to about $25 million.  His initial focus was on promoting democracy and a market economy in Eastern Europe.  Soros now funds a network of foundations that operate in 70 countries around the globe, everywhere from the U.S. to Montenegro to South Africa and Haiti.

      In late 1988, he hired Druckenmiller to be his chief strategist to take over the day-to-day trading of the firm's assets so he could concentrate on his charitable pursuits.

Breaking the BoE

      While Druckenmiller was the architect of the $10 billion British pound trade, which forced the currency out of the European exchange-rate mechanism, Soros served as a coach to the younger man, encouraging him to increase his bet.

      Druckenmiller left in 2000, together with another star manager, Nick Roditi, after losses when the technology bubble burst.  Just two years before, the firm had been the biggest hedge fund in the world with $22 billion in assets, and Soros said it was too much money to manage in such concentrated positions.

      After the departures, Soros decided to farm out more money to portfolio managers both inside and outside Soros Fund Management.  He said he would settle for a 15 percent annualized return, about half of what the fund had posted since its start.

Stepping In

      In 2007, as the subprime mortgage crisis was gaining speed, Soros again stepped in.  Quantum returned 32 percent that year and posted an 8 percent gain in 2008, when funds on average dropped about 19 percent.  Overall, Quantum Endowment grew from about $11 billion in June 2000 to today's level.

      The firm went through several chief investment officers, including Soros's son Robert, before hiring Anderson, who was a co-founder at BlackRock Inc. and its global fixed-income chief.

      The uncertainty about markets and Quantum's 6 percent dive caused Anderson to sell positions in mid-June and the firm is now holding about 75 percent cash.  It hasn't been decided whether Jonathan and Robert will hire a new CIO, or whether they will add to their stable of external managers.

      In the meantime, Soros continues to focus on his philanthropy and on voicing his views on macroeconomic events, such as the sovereign debt crisis in Europe.

      "My success in the financial markets has given me a greater degree of independence than most other people," Soros wrote in his recent essay. "This obliges me to take stands on controversial issues when others cannot, and taking such positions has itself been a source of satisfaction. In short, my philanthropy has made me happy."

Shops and businesses are closing down across the U.S. as the global recession deepens. Unemployment is rising and ordinary Americans are making financial sacrifices to stay afloat. This often means cutting down on life’s luxuries, like eating out and going ..      Stocks on Wall Street have plunged to their lowest level in 13 years low, while the number of jobless has soared to its highest in a generation.  Even Starbucks has been laying off staff and shutting some of its doors – a sure sign that things are serious.      But this multinational chain isn’t the only one feeling the pinch. Even cheap Mexican eateries are seeing tough times.      “I’m trying to cut down on little things like going out to eat,” a Georgetown resident says. Some people have downgraded lunch to just a cookie, and that’s a hard fact for Americans to swallow.      College students have certainly cut back, but what about the rich folk?  They are struggling too.      “Right now they are really fighting for their lives!” global economic analyst Alan Bragman says.      All across the country, from LA to Detroit to Washington DC, it seems like everyone is cutting back to save whatever cash they have.

You think things in the United States are bad now? You've never heard from Igor Panarin.

Panarin is a Russian academic who has, over the past decade, predicted the United States will succumb to economic woes and demographic differences, and collapse in civil war in 2010.

Go ahead and laugh. Done? Okay.

Panarin apparently is not your average Soviet-era nutjob. This former KGB analyst is the dean of the Russian Foreign Ministry's academy for future diplomats. He is frequently a guest speaker, lecturer, author, and media expert on U.S.-Russian relations. His theory of a U.S. demise has recently captured the Russian media spotlight--already filled with anti-U.S. sentiment--and Panarin has become one of the most interviewed Russians in recent days.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Panarin began talking about a divided United States at an international conference in Lintz, Austria, in 1998. His presentation to 400 delegates included a slideshow map of the United States. When he clicked a button, the map divided into five separate regions.

Panarin's theory suggests that as the economic crisis continues, wealthy states will withhold funds from the federal government and secede from the union. He says classified analysis by Russian intelligence after the Soviet breakup predicts America will divide along ethnic and demographic lines and collapse in civil war in 2010. Additionally, the academic predicts the United States will become influenced or annexed by other nations.

Panarin's map shows the Western United States as the California Republic, which will fall under China or Chinese influence. The Midwest will become the Central North-American Republic and be absorbed by Canada. The Southeast will become the Texas Republic and fall under Mexican influence or control. The Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region will become Atlantic America and possibly join the European Union. Russia will reclaim Alaska, and Hawaii will become a protectorate of Japan or China.

Panarin's initial presentation resulted in shock among the Lintz delegates, though some did seek an autographed copy of his divided U.S. map. Panarin, a Russian nationalist who has a framed satellite image of the Bering Strait--the sliver of water that separates Russia and Alaska--in his Moscow office, insists he is not celebrating a U.S. collapse. He says Russia is too dependent on the dollar and trade. He does, however, consider the United States foreign debt a "pyramid scheme" and says "China and Russia would usurp Washington's role as a global financial regulator."

The recent surge in the theory's popularity among Russians prompted American journalists to seek a White House response at a news conference in December. Spokeswoman Dana Perino refused to comment amid "much laughter," reports the Journal.

The Russian scholar is unfazed by the jokes and ridicule made at his expense. According to the Journal, Panarin is quick to remind people that French political scientist Emmanuel Todd was laughed at in 1976 for predicting that the Soviet Union would crumble.

     If you haven't already heard, the crowd attending last weekend's soccer match between the United States' and Mexico's men's teams was overwhelmingly biased in favor of Mexico – and it was held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA, with over 93,000 in attendance.
     When the U.S. team took the field it was "smothered in boos" and our national anthem was drowned out by air horns and bouncing beach balls rather than met with respect.
     U.S. coach Bob Bradley even responded that "the support Mexico has… makes it a home game for them."
     A "home game" for Mexico – in the United States? Pretty much.
     And with Obama's plan to grant mass Amnesty any second while the border remains unsecure, we can only expect more "home games" for Mexico here in the U.S. in every facet of our lives.
     When questioned about the anti-American sentiment directed toward the U.S. team, one fan of Mexico responded that he was simply booing the team – not the country itself. 

     But why were thousands still booing the U.S. team when the game was over with Mexico winning 4-2 and our national anthem drowned out?
     Even more disgraceful – the entire closing ceremony was in Spanish!

     According to U.S. goalkeeper Tim Howard put it: "You can be your (expletive) that if we were in Mexico City, it wouldn't all be in English."
     As one American reporter compared, " were U.S. fans in a Mexican town to boo, jeer and chant obscenities at a Mexican team before, during and after a match, and blow horns during the Mexican national anthem, they would be lucky to get out of the stadium alive."
     In what other country would a visiting team have "home" field advantage? None.
     So what lesson have we learned from the U.S.-Mexico game aside from the fact that roughly 80,000 Mexican fans could not control their contempt for the U.S. team and for our national anthem?

     We have 12-20 million illegal immigrants mostly hailing from Mexico and many others who may be legal residents or even citizens who are not truly "American".

          Simply put by one fan, "I was born in Mexico, and that is where my heart will always be."
          Maybe he and every other unpatriotic individual should follow their heart back to Mexico or other place of allegiance.
          With Obama ready to declare mass Amnesty any second, the situation only gets more dire as millions of individuals with zero allegiance to America will be granted the rights and freedoms belonging to U.S. Citizens. 

But with your help, we can stop him and every other tenet of his plan to destroy America for the sake of re-election.

     Some time ago, a poster on this thread [at GasBuddy.com] told us all he was paid fifty bucks to vote for BHO in our election, even though he's a Canadian.  I asked him for the details of this but none were offered, so I don't know if he was telling us the truth or not.  He would often tell us how he loved BHO..... I suppose fifty bucks is fifty bucks, right?
     Then, the activities of ACORN and their involvement in the BHO campaign was all pretty much swept under the rug, so to speak.  Like usual, there was no real accountability for a democrat who was helped by organized crime, found out, then given a "get out of jail free card".   ACORN was paying folks to vote for BHO and passing out other favors, also registering people multiple times to multi-vote.  I would remind the reader that taxpayer funds were passed out to ACORN for their many activities.  What ACORN did was highly illegal, only a couple of folks in their organization were punished.  I believe BHO was involved in this right to the top of the leadership of ACORN.  So, what happened to him?  Nothing friends!!
     Now, brewing still, is the eligibility issue.... this has not been resolved and there are those who continue to strive to bring justice to account on the alleged violations.  Those who hold the view that BHO is Constitutionally not eligible to hold the office, have been made fun of, ignored, and impugned and called names like "birthers" and such.  It has been the belief of this author for some time that the allegations are indeed true and can be easily proven.  Problem is, it is now a 'political' issue, and in light of this, or better yet, the darkness of this, the issue is not being given the scrutiny it deserves.  This goes to the very fundamentals of our government and it's laws.  It would seem warm fuzzy feelings and political correctness have eclipsed the law.
     I read today that there is a possibility on the eligibility issue that BHO has set up over a hundred misinformation outlets to attack and destroy anyone who brings up the question.   I read that there are those who are being paid to spread hate and discontent while doing everything they can to discredit those who want answers.  The investigator has discovered that there is a main character involved who is probably being paid with taxpayer money to spread lies and to protect BHO from "birther" attacks.  I'm sure there will be more details of this emerging soon, I will try to keep you posted..... in the mean time, we are observing our country being unravelled by a fraud and cheat.
     These are dangerous times my friend.

The National Institutes of Health is a multi-billion dollar arm of the federal government, who proclaims loudly in their mission statement:      NIH is the largest source of funding for medical research in the world, creating hundreds of thousands of high-quality jobs by funding thousands of scientists in universities and research institutions in every state across America and around the globe.      …and the NIH isn't shy about funding some very weird and bizarre things on the side, too.      While our Congress muses upon whether a debt ceiling hike and "revenue increases" such as getting rid of mortgage deductions are necessary, the National Institutes of Health is off spending your hard earned money on outrageous, bizarre grants that are described not only as frivolous -- but OFFENSIVE: A portion of a $9.4 million 10-year line of research included a survey of gay men to determine average penis sizes, "...to better understand the real individual-level consequences of living in a penis-centered society." $154,500 spent asking individuals to mail in their toenails in an effort to research how much toenail nicotine is present versus saliva swabbing, at a cost of $154.50 per batch of toenails. $163,500 spent seeking to explain the "drug-using and sexual behaviors among men who have sex with men (MSM) during a circuit party." $1.2 million spent since 2003 trying to find out if a mother rat, when given cocaine, will abandon her babies.      This is your government hard at work… spending YOUR money!      This is the reason why the United States is mired in debt.      This is the spending the nameless, faceless bureaucrats in our government say is necessary. …and the insiders in Washington refuse to do anything to address the problem, stop the spending, and end the abuse.      Meanwhile, the President continues to attack our conservatives in Congress over whether or not our taxes should go up, whether spending should be cut, and whether our national credit card needs to be whipped out yet again to pay for the National Institutes of Health's reckless spending priorities.      This is not about defunding hard science and research.  This is about defunding highly questionable and morally offensive areas of behavioral research.      In a time where America is under a fiscal crisis, where working families and small businesses are tightening their belts, our government shouldn't be loosening their belts and funding the wacky and bizarre (and outright offensive) funding priorities of the National Institutes of Health.
