2010 - We Asked, You Answered (NRSC)

From: Rob Jesmer, NRSC  Sent: Wednesday, February 10, 2010
Over the last few months I have been asking you, one of our strongest supporters, for your feedback on the political landscape and our efforts to elect more Republicans to the Senate in 2010.  Due to you and your fellow conservatives? submissions, we're now able to use this information to improve our strategy as we work toward victory in November.
The results of these surveys clearly show that Americans are fed up with Washington Democrats and their agenda of big government and even bigger spending.  Out of thousands who responded to these surveys:
- 88% believe the best way to improve the American economy in 2010 is to reduce the size of the federal government and lower taxes, allowing Americans to keep more of the money they earn;
- 97% would like to see health care reform utilize free market solutions to lower the cost of care while increasing quality and accessibility;
- 89% believe the state of our union is weaker now than when Democrats took control of Washington.
I believe this feedback is vital to help us stay connected to our supporters and improve our campaigns, and we will continue to engage in this conversation as the year goes on.
To that end, I would like to invite you to tell us how you think we're doing online, and how we can do better.  In just a few short minutes, you can help us improve our chances of electing more Republicans to the Senate in 2010.
Thank you again, Rob Jesmer, NRSC Executive Director
