Obama has directed Department of Homeland Security to enact an AMNESTY program. US Citizenship and Immigration Services has circulated the following Memorandum defining the details of the DHS plan to circumvent Congressional Authorization.
In summary it says, "In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform (AKA AMNESTY), USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to... applicants who entered the United States without inspection... and would allow thousands (likely millions) to become lawful residents... individual applicants deemed inadmissible under the Immigration and Nationality Act having entered without inspection (AKA ILLEGALLY)... the USCIS could grant 'parole-in-place' (AKA AMNESTY)."

Watch Out - Back Door Immigration "Reform" AMNESTY Is Coming!
Obama is again by-passing the American people and the entire Congress and by edict the Obama Administration is gutting domestic national security. Department of Homeland Security and ICE are impotent as Obama prepares to address "Immigration Reform" not Constitutionally as a part of the political process but as a bureaucratic power play. With a gutted Homeland Security and the welcome mat out, uncounted terrorists and illegal aliens by the millions will cross the border and be accepted by the Obama regime as US citizen voters.
Obama's plans include the issue of Executive Orders and Actions, and departmental pronouncements that limit the ability of law enforcement to do its job. Obama's Federal Government refuses to secure the border and enforce immigration law. The Feds went to court actively seeking to STOP Arizona's law and supporting illegal aliens - not American citizens.
Obama argued for an injunction in court to halt the AZ law from taking effect, saying the Constitution gives the Federal Government exclusive authority to enforce immigration law.
The court issued a mixed decision, saying that although the law and its enforcement measures were legal the State of Arizona and in fact no State in the Union can enforce immigration laws.
Instead of upholding the law, the judge indicted Obama and the Feds at Homeland Security with the "preemptive" obligation, saying they have the exclusive right and responsibility to enforce immigration law and secure the borders of the United States.
This leaves Obama right where he wants to be - ready to issue his Executive Orders for Amnesty to "solve" the border and illegal immigration crisis if Congress won't move fast enough with "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" (AKA AMNESTY). More than 60% of Americans want the AZ law enforced and the Open Borders crowd wants the law and all other Federal immigration laws abolished. So most of America's legal citizens PLUS the illegal aliens lobby are mad at Obama! What is he doing about it? Siding with illegals against legal US taxpayers and voters and opening the border for the world to enter - with "by hook or by crook" AMNESTY.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid making a push for Hispanic voters, arguing that Republicans are to blame for the Senate's inability to move forward with so-called "immigration reform" efforts. "I don't know how anyone of Hispanic heritage could be a Republican, OK," Reid said, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. "Do I need to say more?"
A Hispanic GOP group has announced support for the AZ enforcement law and the Arizona Latino Republican Association thus becomes the first Hispanic organization in the country to actively oppose the Obama Department of Justice's lawsuit against the state of Arizona's new immigration law.
Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch, Inc., said he was joined by ALRA Chairman Jesse Hernandez and members of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association. ALRA is the first group of Latino Americans to "put a foot forward legally" in support of S.B. 1070 by filing a motion to intervene against the Justice Department's lawsuit challenging Arizona's immigration policy, Klayman said.
"This is a way to tell the country that, 'Hey, we're Americans too and we believe in the rule of law," Klayman told Foxnews.com. "It's a way to say, 'We got here legally and we contributed a great deal...
We want the rest of the country to recognize that we're with you' [in the national immigration debate]."

Obama lied to Governor Jan Brewer of AZ in the Oval Office. Obama committed to present details within two weeks, regarding his plans for sending National Guard troops to the Arizona border and spending $500 million on border security.
Well, time's up, Obama did nothing, and CONGRESS in fear of facing their constituents at home during August Recess just passed a head-fake border security "beef-up" bill that will wallow in bureaucratic limbo. Gov. Brewer is not waiting for Obama to do the job. And neither are the rank-and-file officers and employees of ICE Enforcement and Removal - who have passed a unanimous "Vote of No Confidence" in their Obama- appointed Director, John Morton! Obama's biggest action has been in retreat - in surrender to the Mexican Invasion he put up new Federal border signs warning Americans to stay away, as he cannot protect them if they travel within southern Arizona.
Arizona needs your help - do not leave them to defend the border alone!
Gov. Brewer has stated, "We need action from the federal government not signs ceding sovereign U.S. territory to international drug cartels and human smugglers." Brewer sent a letter to Obama outlining her Four-Point Border Action Surge Strategy. This strategy contains most actions advised in the 2005 Norwood Minuteman Report, and the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps Project has been calling for these vital actions to be implemented for 5 years - and whole-heartedly supports them TODAY. As Gov. Brewer enumerated in her Four-Point Strategy to Obama:
1. National Guard Personnel and Aviation
2. Border Fence
3. Enforce Federal Law and Appropriately Fund the Effort
4. Reimburse States for the Additional Burden of Illegal Immigration
We Say, "Defend Arizona" - Obama And Feds Do Nothing but Sue AZ!
The tragedy is that the escalating violence in our southern sector could have been prevented years ago, and countless innocent American lives saved, if the Federal Government had responded to our warnings and recommendations, and had acted decisively for a secure border patrolled by the National Guard and a border fence! The level of accelerating violence and social chaos that has the President of the United States now ceding our territory to international bandits is the direct responsibility of the United States Government, and its gross dereliction of its duty under the U.S. Constitution.
The Obama Administration was and still is grossly negligent in their sworn oaths of office to protect the sovereignty of the United States. The Government did not do its job and was complicit in the act when foreign nationals invade American soil and killed innocent U.S. citizens! And now the situation only worsens, as Obama plays politics with border security, and his Justice Department STOPS Arizona from acting to save American lives, property and sovereignty!
Why is Washington's response to try to SUPPRESS Arizona's proper and Constitutional defense of our people and lands from foreign invasion? The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps sounded the alarm 5 years ago and this border crisis could have been prevented if the Federal Government had done its job!
