     Fox and Friends host Brian Kilmeade this morning noted that Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich is “clearly on the president’s mind” when it comes to the top issue concerning American citizens – gas prices.  Kilmeade noted, “Mr. Speaker, you are clearly on the president’s mind….He’s even using your phrases a little bit.”
