| Terrorist Defense Lawyer Plans Islamic Praying Event In Washington, D.C.  September 10, 2009 – Two weeks after our nation mourns the 8th anniversary of the Islamic attack on America on September 11, 2001, an estimated 50,000 Muslims will gather in Washington, D.C. to participate in a prayer event on September 25.
This "Day Of Islamic Unity" is being promoted by the Dar-ul-Islam* mosque in Elizabeth, New Jersey and is spearheaded by Hassen Abdellah, the president of the mosque and by Imam Abdul Malik. Abdellah says the event was inspired by President Obama's inauguration speech and his speech in Egypt in June. According to Abdellah, "For the first time in my lifetime, I heard someone of his stature speaking about Islam and Muslims not in an adversarial sense, but in the sense of being welcome and acknowledging we are integral citizens in the society — that we're gainfully employed, we're educated." |

| ENDA Hearing Scheduled For September 23  September 10, 2009 – The Committee on Education and Labor is holding a hearing on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) on September 23, at 10 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Rayburn Building, room 2175.
ENDA is a pro-homosexual, pro-drag queen/transsexual bill that will force employers with 15 or more employees to cater to the desires of gays, bisexuals, drag queens, cross-dressers, and transsexuals. |

| Rep. Jan Schakowsky Shows Her Two Faces On Health Care Reform  September 10, 2009 – Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) appeared on Fox News recently to discuss health care reform and her support of nationalized health care.
During the discussion, Fox News anchor Bill Hemmer questioned her about the fears of many people that a government-run health care system would drive insurance companies out of business. She assured Hemmer that a "public option" (code for socialized medicine) wouldn't harm insurance companies, but force them to compete for customers.  However, during an April meeting with supporters of nationalized health care, Schakowsky was gloating over the fact that a "public option" plan would definitely drive private insurance companies out of business. She is a supporter of the "single player" plan – which means that every American would be forced into a government-run health care system like Medicare (which is on the verge of going broke).
TAKE ACTION: Contact your U.S. Representative and two U.S. Senators and ask them to vote NO on Obama's government-run health care plan. |

| President Obama Puts Lipstick On A Health Care Pig Speech To Congress Repeats Same Old Falsehoods  September 10, 2009 – President Obama's health care reform speech last night to a joint session of Congress was, once again, filled with misinformation, omissions of fact and outright falsehoods.
"The President seems to think that if he keeps saying that 2 + 2 = 5, that it will somehow be true," said TVC Executive Director Andrea Lafferty. "Repeating the same falsehoods over and over again doesn't make them true. 2 + 2 always equals 4, not 5. "President Obama is putting lipstick on a health care pig. No matter how you dress up a pig, it's still a pig – and his plan to nationalize our health care system is still bad medicine for America."
