Life & Death - Please tell Congress NO to abortion funding! (NRLC)

Join National Right to Life on the 37th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade in a massive effort to send a clear message to every member of Congress: by demonstrating that you are part of the majority of Americans in opposing funding for abortions and pro-abortion federal mandates in health care legislation!

The Obama White House and top Democratic congressional leaders are meeting behind closed doors to hammer out a final health care bill, which they hope to ram through both houses of Congress within a matter of weeks.

The health care vote could come at any time. That is why we need the largest response possible immediately. Together we can make a difference!

NRLC is leading a National E-Lobby for Life Week from January 22 to 28, 2010. Our goal is to get 250,000 more pro-life citizen messages to Congress urging the rejection of the pro-abortion health care legislation.

We thank all of you who have already sent that message -- and by all means, send it again!-- but now it is time to get as many new people as possible (your pro-life friends and family) involved in this nationwide undertaking.

Circulate the information in this email in your churches, among pro-life family, friends and neighbors. Email, blog, tweet, and Facebook about this important call to grassroots action. Get creative and get this urgent alert into the hands of every pro-lifer in your community.

· Go to www.nrlactioncenter.com, where there are tools that make it quick and easy to send a message to your representative in the U.S. House of Representatives and your two U.S. senators.

· Then, contact at least 10 pro-lifers and ask them to do the same thing.

This is urgent! Waiting until next week just might be too late.
