      European leaders are one by one denouncing the policy of multiculturalism. The latest "fail" stamp came from French President Nicolas Sarkozy, who said he does not want people to pray in an "ostentatious way" in the street.  As popular unrest stirs up Northern Africa, there are fears of a fresh wave of immigrants flocking to the EU and the Old World is not waiting for them with open arms. 
     The concept of multiculturalism seems to be failing all around Europe.      The one who started the trend was German Chancellor Angela Merkel. "This approach has failed, utterly," she said.
     Then British Prime Minister David Cameron weighed in, saying, "We failed to provide a vision of society to which they feel they want to belong."      And now France's President Nicolas Sarkozy has made an admission, as well. "My answer is, clearly, yes, it's a failure."
     The heads of state have only now realized what many observers and radicals have been saying for quite some time.
     "Multiculturalism will only function if people coming to the country will have a job, have their own money and feel responsible for the community," says immigration officer Arnold Mengelkoch from Copenhagen.  "Otherwise, they are jobless people who lead a passive life with social welfare."      And the passive approach can sometimes evolve into extreme action.      Denmark is home to more than half a million immigrants, making up 10 per cent of the population.
     Take Odense, a quiet Danish town, known as the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, one of the world's best-known fairytale authors.       But the story unfolding here has nothing magical about it.
     Clashes between Danes and groups of Somali and Palestinian youths have rattled this neighborhood for more than a year. Locals say car burnings and violence between immigrants and police are a familiar sight.      This Danish neighborhood tries to sustain a collision of two different worlds.  And voices are being raised about doing something before the situation gets out of hand. There have been some suggestions on how to ease the tensions.      "If we take those 200 people and split them all over the city with the help from the state and police, and kick them out of the country, we won't have any problems," says Odense City Council member Alex Ahrendtsen. .. http://rt.com/news/european-leaders-multiculturalism-f/

I remember when Hussein's daughter was interviewed when she was living in the US a couple of years ago---she plainly said at that time that terrorists had infiltrated the US and walked among us everyday.......JG

 Happenings in Fresno ... Fyi 

          We now live about 30 miles from Fresno .  We are up in the Sierras and Fresno is the first big town we encounter when we leave the mtns.  We shop there often.

            I received this from my ex-homicide partner who is still active in law enforcement circles in the Fresno area.

            Excuse the language, but don't excuse the facts. Don't give up your guns, and buy necessary ammunition if you can find it. Be cautious and alert. Be ready if, God forbid, we need to protect our families and loved ones.

            If You weren't at Rotary Friday. You missed the only decent speaker we've had in more than a year. LTC John Cotter is the 144th Fighter Wing's antiterrorism officer. John had a two-part presentation. First part was describing his job as the units antiterrorism officer. Pretty standard stuff.

            The second part was information that will curl your hair. A Part-time air guardsman works as a checker at local Von's. Two women in full burkas buy every pre-paid cellphone in the store. Clerk/airman gets to thinking about it. Goes to Cotter and reports incident. Cotter asks store for surveillance video. It's scary enough that he contacts Fresno FBI.

            FBI investigates, determines these women have been doing this all over the Valley. Cell phones shipped through Canada to Iraq/Afghanistan where they become triggers for roadside bombs.

            The Shell station at Peach and Shaw. Every time a local GI goes there in fatigues they are asked specific questions. What is your unit? When are you deploying? How many aircraft are you taking?

            The F-16s out of Fresno fly CAP for west coast. As such they are the first line of defense so they have the US 's most sophisticated air-to-air missiles. Foreign governments would like to get their hands on those missiles or at least learn how to build them. Also how many we have, etc. Two spy groups are working on it, one based at Fashion Fair Mall (the F-16s take-off pattern) and one based at Sierra Vista Mall (the F-16s landing pattern).

            Cotter said the ragheads (But we don't profile.) are always probing the base. Two dorks in a pickup show up at the front gate wanting to deliver a package marked Air National Guard, Fresno . No postage, no UPS, no FedEx, no DHL, no nothing. Just a probe.

            I asked Cotter why we haven't seen anything about this in The Bee, on KMJ, on local TV news. He said they're not interested. Since Friday I've learned of two other things. My brother-in-law Frank, (management at Avaya) had a Muslim tech who took a leave-of-absence for 6 weeks in Afghanistan . After the 6 weeks were up he called from New York requesting an extension. Frank (who does profile) said, you're fired, and called the Fresno FBI who were very interested. Don't know the outcome.

            A Muslim who owns a liquor store in my former hometown of Kingsburg was constantly bugging customers to buy guns for him. Finally one of the guys I grew up with called the FBI.

            We are a country at war and the enemy is among us. I don't care what Janet Napolitano says, it's a fight to the death and we should be prepared as possible. Brother-in-law Frank has a theory and I think it may be closer to the truth than Homeland Security wants to admit. There are a certain number (probably a large number) of Muslims among us who are awaiting the trigger date and will begin randomly killing as many of us as they can, sort of a Fort Hood on steroids. I know I'm getting prepared to shoot back.

            Two items of interest. Sheriff Margaret Mims wants to grant concealed carry permits to all who are qualified. Columnist Jim Boren, among the most bleeding of the bleeding heart liberals, says it's time for Fresno residents to arm themselves. LOAD up, you can bet this is happening in places other than Fresno -- D.R.

Dear friends, Thank you very much for inviting me.   I come to America with a mission.  All is not well in the old world.  There is a tremendous danger looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic.  We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe.  This not only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is a threat to America  and the sheer survival of the West.  The United States as the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe. First I will describe the situation on the ground in  Europe.  Then, I will say a few things about Islam.  To close I will tell you about a meeting in Jerusalem. The Europe you know is changing. You have probably seen the landmarks.  But in all of these cities, sometimes a few blocks away from your tourist destination, there is another world.  It is the world of the parallel society created by Muslim mass-migration. All throughout Europe a new reality is rising: entire Muslim neighborhoods where very few indigenous people reside or are even seen.  And if they are, they might regret it.  This goes for the police as well.  It's the world of head scarves, where women walk around in figureless tents, with baby strollers and a group of children.  Their husbands, or slaveholders if you prefer, walk three steps ahead.  With mosques on many street corners.  The shops have signs you and I cannot read.  You will be hard-pressed to find any economic activity.  These are Muslim ghettos controlled by religious fanatics.  These are Muslim neighborhoods, and they are mushrooming in every city across Europe.  These are the building-blocks for territorial control of increasingly larger portions of Europe, street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city. There are now thousands of mosques throughout  Europe.  With larger congregations than there are in churches.  And in every European city there are plans to build super-mosques that will dwarf every church in the region.  Clearly, the signal is: we rule. Many European cities are already one-quarter Muslim: just take Amsterdam , Marseille and Malmo in Sweden.  In many cities the majority of the under-18 population is Muslim.   Paris is now surrounded by a ring of Muslim neighborhoods.  Mohammed is the most popular name among boys in many cities. In some elementary schools in Amsterdam the farm can no longer be mentioned, because that would also mean mentioning the pig, and that would be an insult to Muslims. Many state schools in Belgium and Denmark only serve halal food to all pupils.  In once-tolerant Amsterdam gays are beaten up almost exclusively by Muslims.  Non-Muslim women routinely hear, 'whore, whore.'  Satellite dishes are not pointed to local TV stations, but to stations in the country of origin. In  France  school teachers are advised to avoid authors deemed offensive to Muslims, including Voltaire and Diderot; the same is increasingly true of Darwin .  The history of the Holocaust can no longer be taught because of Muslim sensitivity. In England sharia courts are now officially part of the British legal system. Many neighborhoods in France are no-go areas for women without head scarves.  Last week a man almost died after being beaten up by Muslims in Brussels, because he was drinking during the Ramadan. Jews are fleeing France in record numbers, on the run for the worst wave of anti-Semitism since World War II.  French is now commonly spoken on the streets of Tel Aviv and Netanya, Israel.  I could go on forever with stories like this.  Stories about Islamization. A total of fifty-four million Muslims now live in  Europe.   San Diego University recently calculated that a staggering 25 percent of the population in Europe will be Muslim just 12 years from now.  Bernhard Lewis has predicted a Muslim majority by the end of this century. Now these are just numbers.  And the numbers would not be threatening if the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to assimilate.  But there are few signs of that.  The Pew Research Center reported that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their loyalty to France.  One-third of French Muslims do not object to suicide attacks.  The British Centre for Social Cohesion reported that one-third of British Muslim students are in favor of a worldwide caliphate.  Muslims demand what they call 'respect'.  And this is how we give them respect.  We have Muslim official state holidays. The Christian-Democratic attorney general is willing to accept sharia in the  Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority.  We have cabinet members with passports from Morocco and Turkey. Muslim demands are supported by unlawful behavior, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots.   Paris has seen its uprising in the low-income suburbs, the banlieus.  I call the perpetrators 'settlers'.  Because that is what they are.  They do not come to integrate into our societies; they come to integrate our society into their Dar-al-Islam.  Therefore, they are settlers. Much of this street violence I mentioned is directed exclusively against non-Muslims, forcing many native people to leave their neighborhoods, their cities, their countries.  Moreover, Muslims are now a swing vote not to be ignored. The second thing you need to know is the importance of Mohammed the prophet.  His behavior is an example to all Muslims and cannot be criticized.  Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say like Ghandi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one, there would be no problem.  But Mohammed was a warlord, a mass murderer, a pedophile, and had several marriages - at the same time.  Islamic tradition tells us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had prisoners of war executed.  Mohammed himself slaughtered the Jewish tribe of Banu Qurayza.  If it is good for Islam, it is good.  If it is bad for Islam, it is bad. Let no one fool you about Islam being a religion.  Sure, it has a god, and a here-after, and 72 virgins.  But in its essence Islam is a political ideology.  It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person.  Islam wants to dictate every aspect of life.  Islam means 'submission'.  Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is sharia.  If you want to compare Islam to anything, compare it to communism or national-socialism, these are all totalitarian ideologies. Now you know why Winston Churchill called Islam 'the most retrograde force in the world', and why he compared Mein Kampf to the Quran.  The public has wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narrative, and sees Israel as the aggressor.  I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times.  I support  Israel .  First, because it is the Jewish homeland after two thousand years of exile up to and including Auschwitz, second because it is a democracy, and third because Israel is our first line of defense. This tiny country is situated on the fault line of jihad, frustrating Islam's territorial advance.  Israel is facing the front lines of jihad, like Kashmir, Kosovo, the  Philippines, Southern Thailand, Darfur in Sudan, Lebanon, and Aceh in Indonesia.   Israel is simply in the way.  The same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War. The war against Israel is not a war against Israel.  It is a war against the West.  It is jihad.  Israel is simply receiving the blows that are meant for all of us.  If there would have been no Israel, Islamic imperialism would have found other venues to release its energy and its desire for conquest.  Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and  America can sleep well and dream, unaware of the dangers looming. Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning Israel in order to address the grievances of our Muslim minorities.  But if Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solace to the West It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of a sudden change their behavior, and accept our values.  On the contrary, the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam.  They would, and rightly so, see the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak, and doomed.  The end of Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the beginning.  It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination.  If they can get Israel, they can get everything. So-called journalists volunteer to label any and all critics of Islamization as a 'right-wing extremists' or 'racists'.  In my country, the Netherlands, 60 percent of the population now sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since World War II.  And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat.  Yet there is a danger greater danger than terrorist attacks, the scenario of  America as the last man standing.  The lights may go out in  Europe faster than you can imagine.  An Islamic Europe means a Europe without freedom and democracy, an economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare, and a loss of military might for  America  - as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs.  With an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to preserve the heritage of Rome ,  Athens and Jerusalem. Dear friends, liberty is the most precious of gifts.  My generation never had to fight for this freedom, it was offered to us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with their lives.  All throughout Europe, American cemeteries remind us of the young boys who never made it home, and whose memory we cherish.  My generation does not own this freedom; we are merely its custodians.  We can only hand over this hard won liberty to Europe 's children in the same state in which it was offered to us.  We cannot strike a deal with mullahs and imams.  Future generations would never forgive us.  We cannot squander our liberties.  We simply do not have the right to do so. We have to take the necessary action now to stop this Islamic stupidity from destroying the free world that we know. An American born Islamic scholar who once gave religious instruction to the accused underwear bomber, Umar Farouk Abdulmuttalab, is coming under fire for videotaped remarks denouncing western courts and democracy despite his reputation as a moderate.

Following the arrest of Abdulmuttalab last December in Detroit, Yasir Qadhi expressed surprise at his former pupil’s alleged bomb plot. In an interview last December with CNN, Qadhi described Abdulmuttalab “as a quiet individual, tight lipped and shy.”  The two met in 2008, during a 16 day religious seminar organized by the Al Maghrib Insititute, in Houston Texas. Qadhi said the event was a way to teach the “nuts and bolts” of Islam, adding “it’s ironic that he came to us.”

A video tape provided to FOX News by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, reveals what some experts consider Qadhi’s more radical agenda. In the undated recording made for the UK’s Islam Channel, Qadhi is speaking to a group of Muslim men. He is advising them to ignore western laws and democratic institutions in favor of Sharia or Islamic law.


While Qadhi professes to be part of the de-radicalization effort, CNN reports he enjoyed a starring role in the 2008 U.S.-funded Counter-Radicalization Strategy conference by the National Counterterrorism Center, his talks seethe with hatred for non-Muslims and the West. As part of a TV series named the "Fundamentals of Faith," which was broadcast on the popular British Muslim TV 'Islam Channel,' Qadhi showed his contempt for all other systems of thought besides Islam:

"Here in these verses, Surat Maida, verses 49-50, Allah (swt) categorizes all types of laws into two categories, the law of Allah and the laws from others. And he calls the laws of Allah a fair and just law, and he calls all others Jahiliya, ignorant laws. It is not my right to legislate or your right to legislate.No supreme court, no system of government, no democracy where they vote. Can you believe it, a group of people coming together and voting, and the majority vote will then be the law of the land.What gives you the right to prohibit something or allow something? Who gave you the right? Are you creators? Are you all-knowledgeable? Do you understand the repercussions, the implications of the laws that you are going to pass? [Arabic] Do they wish to follow the laws of ignorance? Verily Allah is our Judge, He knows what's best for us. [Emphasis added]"

He tells the group, “it is not my right to legislate or your right to legislate. No Supreme court, no system of government no democracy where they vote. Can you believe it, a group of people coming together and voting and the majority vote will then be the law of the land?”  The other men on the panel listen intently as Qadhi concludes, “Allah, is our judge, he knows what is best for us.” Calls and an email to Qadhi were not returned.

Terrorism Expert Walid Phares, Author of  The War of Ideas: Jihadism and Democracy warns that Qadhi’s remarks are consistent with Jihadist ideology. He said those who “hear this narrative; they are going to be convinced that their action against the United States government … is legitimate.”

Phares also criticized the US National Counter Terrorism Center for inviting Gadhi to attend a 2008 symposium on Islamic radicalization. Sources say Gadhi did not speak during the event, but also in attendance was then Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff. According to Phares the US government is “dropping the ball” by inviting “jihadi ideologues” to participate in anti terror programs. The center said in a statement “participants in these sessions represents a wide array of perspective and viewpoints thereby enabling a more thorough understanding of the extremist radicalization process that can spawn acts of terrorism.”

He also said:

"This type of thinking is clear kufr, clear disbelief, to believe that you know better, or any system of government knows better, any democracy, or any… whether it be communism or socialism, any type of philosophy is better than Islam, or it is allowed legitimately, it is allowed to follow this system, this is a profession of the fact that you believe that Allah is not All-Knowledgeable... Allah forbid [in Arabic]. And that He doesn't know what is best for us. Allah forbid [in Arabic]. Therefore this is a negation of your testimony of "La Illa Illah Allah" [There is no God but Allah]. To believe that it is permissible to follow a way of life, to follow a system of laws other than the Shariah, negates one's testimony of Islam. [Emphasis added]"

Not only does Qadhi see Western society as incompatible with Islam, he casts all non-Muslims as people who inherently hate Muslims. Discussing the legendary Battle of Uhud, which he stresses is "a battle in which the Muslims would learn many lessons, morals, for themselves and for the generations after them," Qadhi declared:

""And this is the Sunnah of Allah (swt) that the Kafir [disbeliever] will always hate the Muslim - the Jews and the Christians and the Hindus and every single non-Muslim. He might allow every other religious minority or any other religion inside of his society and culture, but when it comes to Islam, because it is the religion of truth, he will find it inside of him to hate it. You cannot just be neutral when it comes to Islam; you are either a Muslim or you are a Kaffir that hates Islam. [emphasis added]"

Additionally, Qadhi has not limited his pronouncements to his hatred of the West. In a speech about the holy days in the Islamic month of Dhul Hijjah, Qadhi opened by declaring prayer on 10 days of this month to be a Muslim's most sacred duty. He quickly clarified this position, however, by noting that death while carrying out jihad was the most cherished honor:

"Prophet Mohammad (saws) said that even jihad, except if a man leaves with all of his property, and all of his belonging, money and life and he dies as martyr in a battle, that is the only thing that is more beloved than a person who is practicing and praying and being a good Muslim for these ten days."

Qadhi has also reserves particular hatred for the Jews. In a 2001 speech Qadhi portrayed Jews as the enemies of Muslims:

"I am not advising any Muslim to waste his time studying Judaism. But I am saying, why are Jews studying Islam? There is a reason. Not that they want to help us, they want to destroy us."

In endorsing the book The Hoax of the Holocaust, Qadhi denied the Holocaust himself and attempted to spread these beliefs among young people. In the same speech explaining comments on a chapter of the Quran, Qadhi told his audience:

"Hitler never intended to mass destroy the Jews. There are a number of books out by Christians, written on this. You should read them. The Hoax of the Holocaust, I advise you to read this one. Do you want to write this down. The Hoax of the Holocaust, a very good book."

Although Qadhi later claimed that he had 'mistakenly' endorsed this book, it was not the only nasty thing he said about Jews in his speech. Qadhi repeated a classic anti-Semitic lie, degrading European Jews as "impure and filthy" in comparison to the Jews of the Middle East. Thus, while Qadhi expressed hate of all Jews, he distinguished between his hatred of European and Middle Eastern Jews when he said:

"The Sephardics don't consider the Ashkenazis as pure Jews. They aren't pure Jews; they are Khazars. It is only the Sephardis that consider themselves the pure race. And until recently, any Jew that wrote his name he would write at the end of it – Sephardic Jew (H), which is a word in Hebrew I forgot, but it means 'pure.' He would write H in brackets, that I am a pure Jew, whereas those guys are impure filthy Jews."

Bomber’s American Teacher

Fox News, 5 Feb 10: An American born Islamic scholar who once gave religious instruction to the accused underwear bomber, Umar Farouk Abdulmuttalab, is coming under fire for videotaped remarks denouncing western courts and democracy despite his reputation as a moderate.

Following the arrest of Abdulmuttalab last December in Detroit, Yasir Qadhi expressed surprise at his former pupil’s alleged bomb plot. In an last December with CNN, Qadhi described Abdulmuttalab “as a quiet individual, tight lipped and shy.” The two met in 2008, during a 16 day religious seminar organized by the Al Maghrib Insititute, in Houston Texas. Qadhi said the event was a way to teach the “nuts and bolts” of Islam, adding “it’s ironic that he came to us.”

A videotape provided to FOX News by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, reveals what some experts consider Qadhi’s more radical agenda. In the undated recording made for the UK’s Islam Channel, Qadhi is speaking to a group of Muslim men. He is advising them to ignore western laws and democratic institutions in favor of Sharia or Islamic law.

He tells the group, “it is not my right to legislate or your right to legislate. No Supreme court, no system of government no democracy where they vote. Can you believe it, a group of people coming together and voting and the majority vote will then be the law of the land?” The other men on the panel listen intently as Qadhi concludes, “Allah, is our judge, he knows what is best for us.” Calls and an email to Qadhi were not returned.

Terrorism Expert Walid Phares, author of  The War of Ideas: Jihadism against Democracy warns that Qadhi’s remarks are consistent with Jihadist ideology. He said those who “hear this narrative; they are going to be convinced that their action against the United States government is legitimate.”

Phares also criticized the US National Counter Terrorism Center for inviting Gadhi to attend a 2008 symposium on Islamic radicalization. Sources say Gadhi did not speak during the event, but also in attendance was then Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff. According to Phares, the US government is “dropping the ball” by inviting “jihadi ideologues” to participate in anti terror programs. The center said in a statement “participants in these sessions represents a wide array of perspective and viewpoints thereby enabling a more thorough understanding of the extremist radicalization process that can spawn acts of terrorism.”
