May as well get the new year started off right  The girl is a fashion icon !!!!!!!! This really makes you want to throw up.  If I was going to spend that much on a pair of designer shoes, it damn sure would not look like I cut the top out and put a band aid across the top to hold it in place.

Barack Obama enjoys living like a king, so why shouldn't Michelle Obama live like a queen?
     The First Lady was photographed last night in Hawaii wearing $635 per pair designer shoes by Maison Martin Margiela.
     A woman lucky enough to have a job in this economy and working for the federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour would have to work 88 hours (without taxes taken out) to make enough to pay for Michelle Obama's shoes.
     The Obamas are staying at an $8.9 million estate for an estimated $4,000 per night.  To cover the Obama's ten-night stay, the minimum wage worker would have to work two-and-a-half years (before taxes) to come up with the $40,000 Obama is reportedly laying out.
     Obama has lectured Americans about how they can not expect to live their lives as indulgently as they have in the past.  He has lectured businesses about their travel and pay.  Yet Obama and his wife live like king and queen.
     The news media has yet to call him out on his extravagance when there is 10% unemployment with no sign of the employment picture improving this coming year.
     The way they spend OUR MONEY is an insult to every hard working citizen of this country.  GREED is their CREED !

Please send this to everyone, including Politicians, to see if any of them has the guts to start an investigation into the extravagance they show daily.

     "The Arizona sheriff investigating the Tucson shooting that left U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords critically wounded had harsh words today for those engaging in political rhetoric, calling conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh "irresponsible" for continuing the vitriol.

     "The kind of rhetoric that flows from people like Rush Limbaugh, in my judgment he is irresponsible, uses partial information, sometimes wrong information," Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik said today. "[Limbaugh] attacks people, angers them against government, angers them against elected officials and that kind of behavior in my opinion is not without consequences."

     Limbaugh today railed against the media and Dupnik for trying to draw a link between the heated political climate and the shooting rampage, calling the sheriff a "fool." But Dupnik stood by his assertions.

     "The vitriol affects the [unstable] personality that we are talking about," he said. "You can say, 'Oh no, it doesn't,' but my opinion is that it does."

     Investigators have yet to determine what motivated 22-year-old Jared Lee Loughner, described by some as appearing to be mentally unstable, to allegedly open fire on the crowd outside the Tucson Safeway.  However, so far there is no evidence that he has any ties to any political group."

The tragedy in Tucson has shaken us all to the core.  Facts are still coming in, and we all must be careful not to jump to premature conclusions.

But in the wake of this disaster one thing is clear:  We must put an end to the rhetoric of violence and hate that has exploded in America over the past two years.

That's why we're launching a petition calling on every member of Congress, as well as the major TV and cable news networks, to put an end to the hateful rhetoric and all overt or implied appeals to violence.

Here's what the petition says: "I call for an end to all overt or implied appeals to violence in American politics.  We must debate, not hate."

With a large enough response, this petition can help focus the debate on the urgent need to end the rhetoric of violence and hate that has become so widespread over the past two years.

We don't know what motivated the individual or individuals who committed this atrocity.  And, if reports are true, it's deeply troubling that the suspected shooter displayed so many signs of serious mental illness, and our public health institutions failed to respond.¹

But the terrifying fact is that this act of violence falls into a pattern that has emerged over the past two years in America and in Gabrielle Giffords' district in particular.

Windows were smashed at Representative Giffords' district office last March just a few hours after the House vote on health care reform.²  At one of the infamous town hall events in August 2009, a man attending the event accidentally dropped a handgun on the floor that he had been hiding under his arm.³

And violent tendencies have been inflamed by the careless and irresponsible rhetoric of certain political leaders. Sarah Palin's infamous "target list" displayed Democratic districts, including Rep. Giffords', in crosshairs, as if viewed through a gunsight.⁴

In addition, violent imagery was prominently featured during the last election.  For instance, a rally for Rep. Giffords' Republican opponent, Jesse Kelly, was promoted with the following notice: "Get on Target for Victory in November.  Help remove Gabrielle Giffords from office.  Shoot a fully automatic M16 with Jesse Kelly."⁵

As Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, speaking from the heart at an emotional news conference last night, said:

There's reason to believe that this individual may have a mental issue.  And I think people who are unbalanced are especially susceptible to vitriol... When you look at unbalanced people, how they respond to the vitriol that comes out of certain mouths about tearing down the government.  The anger, the hatred, the bigotry that goes on in this country is getting to be outrageous.⁶

     Barack Obama's former Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, once said that one should never let a good crisis go to waste... but the shameless exploitation of this horrendous event by leftists in the media and the halls of Congress simply goes too far... even by liberals' standards... IT'S BEYOND SICK.

     And their sickening message is crystal-clear: If you oppose ObamaCare... if you oppose the radical, liberty-stealing, Obama agenda... YOU ARE TO BLAME... if you're a patriotic American and believe you have the right to engage in civil political discourse, this horrendous massacre is YOUR FAULT because opposition to ANY aspect of the radical Obama agenda is, BY DEFINITION, "hateful" and "incites violence" ... so you'd better sit down and shut up.

     The message is as ridiculous as it is shameless, because the left is desperate. The left knows that the days of Obama's government-run health care scheme are numbered and so the left has thrown all bounds of decency out the window when it comes to silencing patriotic Americans. Anything goes because YOU MUST BE SILENCED IF OBAMACARE IS TO BE SAVED.

     So, what are patriotic Americans to do in response to this ham-handed attempt to muzzle them as their liberties are being suppressed in such a bold and egregious manner?

     First and foremost, those of us who are so inclined, must continue to pray for the victims of this horrible massacre and their families; but, more importantly, we must continue the fight and send a clear message to our elected officials and the leftist establishment that these ham-handed attempts to demonize patriotic Americans will not be tolerated and will not work.

     Our elected officials must be made to understand, in no uncertain terms, that patriotic Americans will not be intimidated or bullied into SILENCE. They must be made to understand that our resolve is stronger than ever. They must be made to understand that patriotic Americans still want ObamaCare repealed and the radical Obama agenda stopped.
  Let them know, in no uncertain terms, that patriotic Americans will not be intimidated, bullied or manipulated into silence by those in Congress and the liberal media who are ham-handedly attempting to exploit the horrendous shooting in Arizona to squelch the First Amendment rights of those who speak out in opposition to the radical Obama agenda. Tell them that patriot Americans want ObamaCare repealed and the radical Obama agenda dismantled... piece by piece and brick by brick if necessary.
The Facts Are Not Relevant... It's All Your Fault.

     While Americans grieved and mourned for the victims of this senseless and tragic attack, liberal elites immediately went to work and initiated a propaganda campaign which was designed to lay the blame for this senseless tragedy on patriotic Americans, like you, who oppose the radical Obama agenda.

     Firing an opening salvo, The New York Times (in a not-so-veiled reference to the pending vote to repeal ObamaCare) attempted to put forth a self-fulfilling prophecy: "The fallout seemed to hold the potential to upend the effort by Republicans to keep their agenda front and center in the new Congress and to alter the political narrative in other ways."

     But then, by Monday, the vitriol intensified and The Times clarified its position in an editorial.  After begrudged admitting that it was "facile" and "mistaken" to attribute this senseless massacre "DIRECTLY to Republicans or Tea Party members," [Emphasis Ours] The Times went on to state that "it is legitimate to hold Republicans and particularly their most virulent supporters in the media responsible...."

     And The New York Times is not alone. A literal chorus of leftist elites in Washington and the media started beating the drums and, rather ironically, called for an end to the "vitriol" ... not the "vitriol" that THEY were spewing, but rather, the "vitriol" that they FALSELY, CALLOUSLY and VICIOUSLY claimed YOU were spewing.

     The message was clear; if patriotic Americans like you had simply kept your traps shut... if you had shown common decency by NOT opposing the radical Obama agenda... this horrible event would have never happened. It's ALL YOUR FAULT.

     Of course the implications were more than FALSE... they were DISGUSTING.

     Gary Bauer with American Values stated it best: "The smear campaign against conservatives in the wake of the shooting spree is beyond disgusting. It is a part of the ongoing campaign to demonize, delegitimize and ultimately silence millions of Americans who want constitutional government, lower taxes, less power concentrated in Washington, life to be protected and marriage to remain the union of one man and one woman."

Damn The Truth, Full Speed Ahead. 

     And then, the vitriol intensified even more. To hell with the facts.  Who cares about the truth? After all, when it comes to propaganda campaigns, facts and truth can be pesky things:
  On Saturday, MSNBC's propagandist-in-chief, Keith Olbermann, went off the deep end and blamed Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly for the massacre and said they must all apologize or be "repudiated" and "dismissed" by the American people and members of the Republican Party.

On Sunday, The Guardian UK reported: "The US was tonight seized by a fierce debate over whether inflammatory rightwing rhetoric was to blame for a shooting spree in Tucson, Arizona.... Palin today distanced herself from the shooting, as did leading figures of the Tea Party movement."

The New York Times' Paul Krugman wrote; "violent acts are what happens when you create a climate of hate. And it's long past time for the GOP's leaders to take a stand against the hate mongers."

A number of news outlets even irresponsibly reported that the killer, Jared Lee Loughner, was a veteran who fought in Afghanistan. Hours later, the Pentagon fortunately clarified the record and stated that Loughner attempted to enlist about a year ago but was not accepted for military service.

     Of course, these attacks were short on both facts and truth, and as the facts slowly came to light, they revealed a picture that was very different from the one that Olbermann, Krugman and others were painting.

     An ex-classmate actually described Loughner as "left-wing" and a "pothead." It is now being reported that Loughner listed Mein Kampf and The Communist Manifesto as two of his favorite books and that he wrote on his now scrubbed FaceBook page that his heroes were "Barack Obama, Saul Alinsky, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Huo (sic) Chavez, Noam Chomsky, Mao Tse-tung, Joseph Stalin, and Yassir Arafat" and that "Obama and the Progressives will overcome the tyrrany (sic) of big business and the racist Tea Party."

     Of course, if you're expecting Keith Olbermann and Paul Krugman to issue apologies, correct the record, stop the propaganda, and tone down THEIR rhetoric, don't hold your breath.

     It won't happen because such an admonishment would run counter to the left's goal of blaming this tragedy on decent Americans like you and shaming patriotic Americans like you into SILENCE when it comes to repealing ObamaCare and stopping the radical Obama agenda.

     They spoke before they knew the facts and, now that they know the facts, they still won't stop assassinating the character of decent, hard-working Americans because, truth be told, the left knows that the days of ObamaCare are numbered and this concerted effort to exploit this tragedy to demonize patriotic Americans, like you, is the last weapon in their arsenal.  Damn the truth... full speed ahead.

     It's nothing more than a desperate attempt to shut you up, and YOU CAN thwart their plans. The left wants your SILENCE... the left desperately needs your silence... it's the one thing you must not give them.  If button above does not work, please use this hyperlink.

     Why is there more to come? Because spewing vitriol is Standard Operating Procedure for the extreme left. As the father of the radical activism, Saul Alinsky, once stated, "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon" and "If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside."

     Stated another way: If at first you don't succeed, lie, lie, lie again.

     Bauer points out the blatant and ongoing hypocrisy in this strategy: "To blame conservatives for the action of this assassin is to engage in exactly the kind of 'hate speech' the left claims it wants to end. In fact, it has been the political left that has regularly tried to demonize millions of Americans who hold conservative views."
  Did anyone on the left admonish Barack Obama when he called those who opposed tax increases, "hostage takers?"

Did anyone on the extreme left call on Barack Obama to apologize for a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report that called on local law enforcement to help the government target people and organizations that hold conservative and libertarian views?

Is anyone on the extreme left calling on Barack Obama to "apologize" for his rhetoric in regards to bitter people who cling to God and religion and guns or be "repudiated" and "dismissed?"

     Of course not.  It hasn't happened.  It won't happen and that's no accident. Remember the attempted bombing in Times Square last year?

     Marc A. Thiessen, a former speech writer for former-President George W. Bush makes the following observation:  "After the attempted car bombing in Times Square last year, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg publicly speculated that the attack had been carried out by 'somebody with a political agenda that doesn't like the health-care bill or something.' At the Nation, columnist Robert Dreyfuss wrote that 'a member of some squirrelly branch of the Tea Party, anti-government far right' was probably behind the bombing. Countless others in the left-wing blogosphere joined the 'blame the Tea Party' chorus - until it was disclosed that the perpetrator of the attack was not a Tea Party supporter but a Taliban-trained Islamic radical. Whoops."

     Is there more to come? You'd better believe it.

Now Is Not The Time To Give Up The Fight.

     Why does the left engage in such shameless propaganda? What can be done to fight back?

     When it comes to the "WHY," radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh has some words of wisdom on that score: "Nothing is beneath the American left. We on the right, ladies and gentlemen, have led the charge against Congress and the professional political class for noble and obvious reasons. I can't speak for others who do what I do but I'm not gonna be silenced by this."

     And why should we be SILENT at a time when the left is desperate? The radical Obama agenda is tumbling down and the only weapon the left has left to stop the inevitable is YOUR SILENCE.

     As for the "WHAT," Limbaugh again: "Thomas Jefferson said, 'All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.' The fact of the matter is it is our right and our duty to continue to criticize the very people who have put the fate of our country in peril, and it is. So I would say to all who do what I do; hold your heads high."

     Yes... we're going to hold our heads up high... we're going to keep up the fight... we're not giving in... we're not giving up a solitary inch... and WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED.

     When it comes to repealing ObamaCare and the rest of the radical Obama agenda we must speak LOUDER than ever... and dismantle it piece by piece... and brick by brick... that's the message that our elected officials must hear from patriotic Americans, like you, right here and right now.

     The American people will NOT be bullied and intimidated by leftist propaganda and innuendos. The American people will not be SILENCED. The American people want ObamaCare repealed... PERIOD.

Let's get to the point straight-up. Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie is, as he claims to be, a close personal friend of Barack Hussein Obama. His words. Neil Abercrombie is also reported by RedState.com as being a "fellow traveler" (i.e., member) of the Marxist Democratic Socialist of America. And, of course, so was Mr. Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham. According to Governor Abercrombie, he remembered Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. as a child with his parents in Hawaii.

The new Governor of Hawaii, Abercrombie, told the media that: ""What bothers me is that some people who should know better are trying to use this for political reasons. Maybe I'm the only one in the country that could look you right in the eye right now and tell you, 'I was here when that baby was born.'" Notice that Abercrombie did not say that he saw either the Obamas, or their son, only that he was in Hawaii when Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., was born... somewhere.

However, he did say that he remembers seeing Obama, as a child with his parents, at social events. How would he know? There's a problem with Mr. Abercrombie's timeline. Barack Obama, Sr., who was already living in Kenya, went to the United States in 1962 to complete his education at Harvard. He graduated from Harvard in 1963 and returned to Kenya. So, unless Governor Abercrombie was in two places at the same time, in different parts of the globe, he... well... never saw the Obama family at social functions.

Even though the social progressives accept Neil Abercrombie as a member of the socialist party, the Abercrombie campaign website denies his membership, even though his wife has been listed as a speaker at Democratic Socialist functions. It should be noted that Mr. Abercrombie has said that he was closely linked to Barack Obama for years---but probably not before Mr. Obama gave the keynote address at the 2004 Democratic National Convention.

Acknowledging that Barack Obama, Jr. has not produced a long-form, doctor-witnessed, birth certificate, Neil Abercrombie recently said that he intends to produce and release Mr. Obama's long-form, hospital issued, birth certificate from Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital. Governor Abercrombie added that he is upset, because several States are enacting legislation that will force Presidential candidates to document that they were born in the United States before their names can be placed on the ballot for the office of President of the United States.  If this document does not exist, as Barack Obama's spending of a reported $2 million to obfuscate the efforts of many to get it seems to indicate, it begs the question: what is Governor Abercrombie going to produce?  And, will the ink be dry when he does?

Quite frankly, Governor Abercrombie is not a credible politician, given his past . His most important task, he told TSM, an internet news website, is the discrediting of anti-Obama "birthers." It is a "TOP PRIORITY" for this socialist. Mr. Abercrombie, a native of Buffalo, New York, arrived in Hawaii in 1959, to study sociology at the University of Hawaii. As a teaching assistant, he claims to have met, and befriended, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. If I suggested to you that, in 1961, I met a young actor named Ronald Reagan, and we occasionally met in Hollywood for lunch, what would your reaction be? Most people would think, "how nice." Few would challenge it, since who but a liar would make such an outlandish claim? (In fact, I met, first, Governor, and, then, President Reagan a number of times, however, not in 1961 My point? Anyone can say anything. But the reality of life is, if you tell a lie enough times, it is ultimately perceived to be the truth. And, when it is, the truth becomes fiction. We need to keep fiction from becoming the truth about the real birthplace of Barack Hussein Obama... and we want to make it impossible for a manufactured, phony, long form birth certificate to be touted, and accepted, as a factual document of birth. The reality is, instead of hiding the truth for three years, Barack Hussein Obama, like every other candidate who has ever run for President, should have produced the documentation that verifies that he was eligible to seek the office of President---instead of spending a reported $2 million to hide every piece of evidence about his past that would have unraveled the truth.  In light of what is taking place in Hawaii, one must ask the question: is Governor Abercrombie a credible politician, or is he simply a "party politician," doing the bidding of his "close, personal friend of many years?" After all, as the Governor said, discrediting the anti-Obama "birthers" is a "TOP PRIORITY" for his administration.

Remember: there is a reason why Barack Hussein Obama has spent a reported $2 million to hide his past and to conceal the history of his identity. All that the American people want is the TRUTH, not $2 million in rhetoric, "spin," and legal "mumbo-jumbo."   In fact, at the very least, the American people have a right to demand the truth, as the 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States guarantees us --- We, The People --- the right to address our grievances to the government of the United States.  Thus far, the government has violated the Constitution by refusing to listen to that grievance... and require that Barack Hussein Obama produce the documentation that the United States Constitution requires of him.

Sadly, the federal court system continues to shield the truth. The lawsuits filed by a myriad of plaintiffs, including those that USJF is currently representing, demanding that the government listen to our grievance in a court of law, have run into "judicial roadblocks" in every case. The United States Justice Foundation has filed legal brief after legal brief, funded suit after suit (8, so far, including the 2 that we currently provide legal representation in), yet the federal government continues to stonewall us.

Please.  Please.  Please help us to get to the bottom of this issue.  It is very possible that Mr. Obama is ILLEGALLY sitting as the "President" of the United States.

If it's so important, why didn't Obama allow Congress to vote on it?  And if it's all in the name of border security, as he insists, why does it apply to every state and not just border states?

This regulation was implemented on Wednesday, January 5th-but there is a 60-day public comment period!

Obama is attempting to regulate a fundamental, individual right guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution---but it shouldn't surprise you, because he's done nothing but "regulate" us to death since he's been in office.   The Obama administration has known about this ATF proposal for months, but they kept it quiet, knowing that people like you and me would be outraged.    Barack Obama is openly hostile to your gun rights.  He has chosen a very strong, anti-Second Amendment ATF head for an administrative job that has far more influence over the practical exercise of the Second Amendment rights than any other job in the country.

Now that very agency is going to require stores to report their sales transactions! You can be sure this is only the beginning!

This regulation is expected to be approved unless there is IMMEDIATE and VEHEMENT objection from Members of Congress and the public. 

Mexican President Felipe Calderon has repeatedly blamed the U.S. for Mexico's problems with violence, despite evidence to the contrary.  Now Obama is taking away freedoms from legitimate, law-abiding citizens while he ignores our open borders and tramples all over the Constitution --- all in the name of "security."   Obama spent the month of December trying to push amnesty for millions of illegal aliens through Congress, and NOW he's all of a sudden concerned about border security?  I don't buy it!  This is just an excuse to push through FIREARMS REGISTRATION WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL.  And it's the first step in taking away your Second Amendment rights.

Big Brother - Most Americans don't think the government needs to regulate Internet search engines.

     Most Americans give high marks to Internet search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing and don't think the government needs to regulate their responses.
     The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 77% of Adults say there is no need for government regulation of the way that search engines select the recommendations they provide in response to search inquiries. Just 11% believe such regulation is necessary, while just as many (12%) are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here). 
     The most frequent Internet users are the least likely to think regulation is needed for search engine recommendations.
     Some critics complain that the search engines favor some sites over others when returning recommendations.
     But then just 21% of voters think the Federal Communications Commission should regulate the Internet like it does radio and television. Most voters worry that regulation would be used to push a political agenda.

     Opposition to government regulation of search engine responses runs high across virtually all demographic groups, although older Americans, among those least likely to go online regularly, register more indecision about the question than those who are younger.
     Interestingly, despite frequently heard complaints about inappropriate Internet content, married Americans and those with children in the home are more strongly opposed to regulation than unmarrieds and those without children living with them. 
     Government workers are nearly three times as likely to see a need for a regulation of search engine responses than are those who work in the private sector.
     Most adults (70%) say the bigger problem when using  search engines is that their query generates too much irrelevant data, while just 13% say the problem is that they can't find what they need.  Most also feel search engines are generally fast enough. 
     However, they do worry about the privacy of their searches online. 
     But 70% of adults are concerned that Americans have become too dependent on computers and electronic devices.  Two-thirds of adults (66%) now say they instinctively turn to the Internet to answer routine questions.
