"Who is in the White House?  An American, maybe, but not natural born.  Why would he conceal his past in any records that precede his 2008 election?  Why would anyone vote for a Constitutionally ineligible candidate ...unless when they 'pull the lever' that to them our Founding Documents are meaningless.  Why Jews would vote for him is beyond comprehension.  Why any Catholic would vote for him makes no sense.  Why any other Christian would is difficult to understand.  If pro-life, a vote for him is a vote for death.  If you support and defend your right to keep and bear arms, his border fiasco to undermine the 2nd Amendment and smear gun owners & dealers is transparent.  If you believe in your personal and property rights considering all of his czar rulings and U.N. moves, a vote for his 'fundamental transformation' of America is just that.  And the pride of some in his being black is understandable but not if you want to live on the 'government plantation' as will be the case under his latest rules to banks that targets negroes and hispanics.  For those of you in business, a simply look at your situation today compared to times past ...it answers how to vote.  Are you ill or elderly?  His experiment with socialized medicine condemns you to expensive and second rate care far into the future.  Speaking of the future, his ruinous debt burden will be a heavy yoke to bear.  For someone raised by Marxist communist parents, grandparents, mentors, and who sought them out along with anti-American radicals as friends and to be his associates right up to announcing his 2008 run for the White House, he has learned well how to integrate anti-capitalist ideas.  Of course, if you accept the import of, and believe his and his shills & hucksters' "you didn't build it yourself" philosophy then whoever he is ...then he's your man." -- rfh

     If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 35 years than from his birth certificate.
     Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that.  On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama's name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.
     Daniels, who has vetted thousands of Social Security Numbers for numerous other clients, has done her homework.  In her filing, she thoroughly documents her contention "that Barack Obama has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security Number."
     To acquire appropriate standing in court, Daniels has gone to the trouble of establishing herself as a valid write-in candidate for president.  Before she is through, this 70-something mother of seven, who has been a licensed Ohio PI since 1995, may cause Obama more trouble than the Romney campaign.
     Daniels started her investigation in August 2009.  Given her profession, she has been able to access a variety of proprietary databases.  What she learned without much trouble is that Obama has been using a Social Security Number with the prefix "042″ since 1986.
     As she discovered, the "042″ number is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals who register in Connecticut.  When she ran 10 sequential numbers before and after Obama's, all returned with the documentation "issued 1977-1979 in CT."
When Daniels ran the numbers immediately flanking Obama's, she came to the firm conviction that Obama's number was issued in March 1977 in Connecticut.
     By all accounts, as Daniels thoroughly documents, Obama was then a 15-year-old living in Hawaii.  There is no record of him even visiting Connecticut in or near this time frame.
     To have gotten a Social Security card at this time Obama would have had to show up for a "mandatory in-person interview."  This could not have taken place in Connecticut.  Obama's sister, Maya, by contrast, uses a number appropriate for a Hawaiian resident.
Daniels checked other databases as well to validate her findings, including the Massachusetts Department of Motor Vehicles and the IRS.  Yes, Obama used the 042 number to get a driver's license when at Harvard and as recently as on his 2009 income tax return.
     In her research, Daniels kept coming across what she calls a "marked anomaly," one she had never seen before – multiple birthdates listed for the same person.  The 08/04/1961 and 04/08/1961 variation made sense, but the frequent appearance of the year "1890″ did not.
     The ample evidence Daniels gathered led her to believe that the 042 number Obama has been using "had previously been issued to another person," one who lived in Connecticut between 1977 and 1979 and who was born in 1890.
     This assertion can be verified.  By law, the Social Security Administration will have kept on microfilm a copy of the original SS-5 application attached to a particular Social Security Number.  Daniels, however, does not have access to that microfilm.
     For this reason, Daniels has filed suit.  "Defendant Husted, through this filing," she argues, "has been made aware that the Democratic Candidate has been using a fraudulent Social Security Number, which would render Barack Obama ineligible under both the Ohio and U.S. Constitutions."
     Daniels asks the court, among other things, to issue an injunction against Obama's name appearing on ballot until it is determined that he is using a proper Social Security Number.
     Given the response of courts elsewhere, it is unlikely that Daniels will find satisfaction in Geauga County or from the Republican secretary of state.
     What Daniels has done, however, is establish a paper trail so indisputably legitimate that even the most squeamish of conservative media will have a hard time finding fault.
     The major media, of course, will not bother to look.   It is up to our Beltway brethren to step up and ask some very basic questions of the president that they, through their timidity in 2008, helped elect.  The Romney campaign cannot talk about this issue without their support.

It really isn't a matter of "when" he will crack - he already has when he said "my Muslim faith" during an interview that major news sources refused to play, it is a matter of if it will be covered or not.

When will Obama crack in public?  By Mychal Massie At a time when many Americans can barely afford Burger King and a movie, Obama boasts of spending a billion dollars on his re-election campaign. Questioned at a recent appearance about the spiraling fuel costs, Obama said, "Get used to it" - and with an insouciant (indifferent) grin and chortle, he told another person at the event, who complained about the effect high fuel prices were having on his family, to "get a more fuel-efficient car."      The Obamas behave as if they were sharecroppers living in a trailer and hit the Powerball, but instead of getting new tires for their trailer and a new pickup truck, they moved to Washington.  And instead of making possum pie, with goats and chickens in the front yard, they're spending and living large at taxpayer expense - opulent vacations, gala balls, resplendent dinners and exclusive command performances at the White House, grand date nights, golf, basketball, more golf, exclusive resorts and still more golf.  In the 1950's they called it acting NIGGER RICH.      Expensive, ill-fitting and ill-chosen wigs and fashions hardly befit the first lady of the United States.  The Obamas have behaved in every way but presidential - which is why it's so offensive when we hear Obama say, in order "to restore fiscal responsibility, we all need to share in the sacrifice - but we don't have to sacrifice the America we believe in."      The American people have been sacrificing; it is he and his family who are behaving as if they've never had two nickels to rub together - and now, having hit the mother lode, they're going to spend away their feelings of inadequacy at the taxpayers' expense.      Obama continues to exhibit behavior that, at best, can be described as mobocratic and, at worst, reveals a deeply damaged individual. In a February 2010 column, I asked, "Is Obama unraveling?"  I wrote that it was beginning to appear the growing mistrust of him and contempt for his policies was beginning to have a destabilizing effect on him.      At that time, I wrote that not having things go one's way can be a bitter pill, but reasonable people don't behave as he was behaving.  He had insulted Republicans at their luncheon, where he had been an invited guest.  I had speculated that was, in part, what had led him to falsely accuse Supreme Court justices before Congress, the nation and the world, during the 2010 State of the Union address.      It appeared, at that time, as if he were "fraying around the emotional edges."  That behavior has not abated - it has become more pronounced.  While addressing the nation, after being forced to explain the validity of his unilateral aggression with Libya, America witnessed a petulant individual scowling and scolding the public for daring to insist he explain his actions.      But during an afternoon speech to address the budget/debt, he took his scornful, unstable despotic behavior to depths that should give the nation cause for concern.  Displaying a dark psychopathy more representative of an episode of "The Tudors" television series, he invited Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisconsin, to sit in the front row during his speech and then proceeded to berate both Ryan and Ryan's budget-cutting plan. Even liberal Democrats were put off by the act.  MSNBC's Joe Scarborough questioned the sanity of Obama's actions.       Today, criticism is coming from all sides.  A senior Democrat lawmaker said, "I have been very disappointed in (Obama), to the point where I'm embarrassed that I endorsed him.  It's so bad that some of us are thinking, is there some way we can replace him?  How do you get rid of this guy?"  ("Democrats' Disgusted with Obama," The Daily Beast, April 15, 2011)      Steve McCann wrote: Obama's speech "was chock full of lies, deceit and crass fear-mongering.  It must be said that he is the most dishonest, deceitful and mendacious person in a position of power I have ever witnessed"  ("The Mendacity (Lies) of Barack Obama,"AmericanThinker.com, April 15, 2011).      McCann continued: "His performance was the culmination of four years of outright lies and narcissism (excessive self interest) that have been largely ignored by the (mainstream) media, including some in the conservative press and political class who are loath to call him what he is in the bluntest of terms: a liar and a fraud.  That he relies on his skin color to intimidate, either outright or by insinuation [against] those who oppose his radical agenda only add to his audacity (no sense of shame).  It is apparent that he has gotten away with his character flaws his entire life, aided and abetted by sycophants around him. "      With these being among the kinder rebukes being directed at Obama, and with people becoming less intimidated by his willingness to use race as a bludgeon, with falling poll numbers in every meaningful category and an increasingly aggressive tea-party opposition - how much longer before he cracks completely?      The coming months of political life are not going to be pleasant for Obama. Possessed by a self-perceived palatine (thinking himself to be royal) mindset; that in his mind places him above criticism, how long before he cracks in public?  Can America risk a man with a documented track record of lying and misrepresenting truth as a basic way of life, who is becoming increasingly more contumelious (insulting)? 2012 - DCCC & 111 o'accomplishments

The "111" list below is recommended by an Obama devotee, and friend, for reading by those of us who want a real President to be elected in November.  I have read over the list and find that it provides numerous opportunities to point out failures of the current occupier ensconsed in the White House (when he's not out golfing, vacationing, bowing to foreign personages or jetting around on the tax-payers' dime pandering for votes.)

     Combining the current administration's failure to accomplish anything other than laying blame on everyone but himself for the historically low unemployment, bad economy, and its anti-American communist/socialist redistribution of wealth and undermining of our American Values ...our very way of life, it is time for Romney to go on the attack.  Romney needs to choose a charismatic running mate who will energize and rally the conservative electorate.  America can yet be saved from him who just recently tripped himself up again, when asked about the Mitt Romney 'Bain' story:

 "Well, here's what I know, we were just talking about responsibility and as president of the United States, it's pretty clear to me that I'm responsible for folks who are working in the federal government and you know, Harry Truman said the buck stops with you."

      Okay then, so President Obama is responsible for: [failed bailouts, cronyism,] Solyndra, Fast and Furious, the GSA scandal…Oh, you fill in the rest.  You should be sitting down.  The skies just might open.  Glorious Leader has spoken his first words of truth while bungling President Harry Truman's famous quote by saying, "Well, here's what I know, we were just talking about responsibility and as president of the United States, it's pretty clear to me that I'm responsible for folks who are working in the federal government and you know, Harry Truman said the buck stops with you," Obama said.

Henry Waxman launches probe. In this case, Anthem Blue Cross wanted to raise premiums 39%. They have now put the increase on hold for two months (as of February 2010). Legislation preventing such increases pending.

 83. Designated $1.5 billion from the Troubled Asset Relief Program to fund programs at local housing finance agencies in the states hardest hit by the housing crisis: California, Florida, Nevada, Arizona and Michigan. The MBA forecasts that foreclosures will peak in the last quarter of 2010.

 84. Protected 300,000 education jobs, such as teachers, principals, librarians, and counselors through the Recovery Act that would have otherwise been lost.

 85. Extended discounted COBRA health coverage for the nation's unemployed from 9 months to 15 months. Workers laid off between September 1, 2008 and February 28, 2010 qualify.

 86. Extended unemployment benefits for 2,000,000 unemployed Americans by 20 weeks. At the time the bill was signed 7,000 unemployed Americans were losing their unemployment benefits each day.

 87. Eliminated federal funding for abstinence-only education which was significantly increased during the Bush Administration to $176 million annually.

 88. Rescinded the Global Gag Rule.

 89. Appointed the most diverse Cabinet in history including more women appointees than any other incoming president.

     In 1930's/40's Germany, the process was called "enabling acts."  The German word for an enabling act is Ermächtigungsgesetz.  The German word Ermächtigungsgesetz usually refers to the enabling act of March 23, 1933, which became a cornerstone of Adolf Hitler's seizure of power.  The formal name of the Enabling Act was Gesetz zur Behebung der Not von Volk und Reich (English: "Law to Remedy the Distress of People and Reich").

New documents shed new light on his ties to a leftist party in the 1990s

     On the evening of January 11, 1996, while Mitt Romney was in the final years of his run as the head of Bain Capital, Barack Obama formally joined the New Party, which was deeply hostile to the mainstream of the Democratic party and even to American capitalism. In 2008, candidate Obama deceived the American public about his potentially damaging tie to this third party. The issue remains as fresh as today's headlines, as Romney argues that Obama is trying to move the United States toward European-style social democracy, which was precisely the New Party's goal.

     In late October 2008, when I wrote here at National Review Online that Obama had been a member of the New Party, his campaign sharply denied it, calling my claim a "crackpot smear." Fight the Smears, an official Obama-campaign website, staunchly maintained that "Barack has been a member of only one political party, the Democratic Party." I rebutted this, but the debate was never taken up by the mainstream press.
Recently obtained evidence from the updated records of Illinois ACORN at the Wisconsin Historical Society now definitively establishes that Obama was a member of the New Party. He also signed a "contract" promising to publicly support and associate himself with the New Party while in office.
     Minutes of the meeting on January 11, 1996, of the New Party's Chicago chapter read as follows:

Barack Obama, candidate for State Senate in the 13th Legislative District, gave a statement to the membership and answered questions.  He signed the New Party "Candidate Contract" and requested an endorsement from the New Party.  He also joined the New Party.

     Consistent with this, a roster of the Chicago chapter of the New Party from early 1997 lists Obama as a member, with January 11, 1996, indicated as the date he joined.
     Knowing that Obama disguised his New Party membership helps make sense of his questionable handling of the 2008 controversy over his ties to ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now). During his third debate with John McCain, Obama said that the "only" involvement he'd had with ACORN was to represent the group in a lawsuit seeking to compel Illinois to implement the National Voter Registration Act, or motor-voter law. The records of Illinois ACORN and its associated union clearly contradict that assertion, as I show in my political biography of the president, Radical-in-Chief: Barack Obama and the Untold Story of American Socialism.
     Why did Obama deny his ties to ACORN? The group was notorious in 2008 for thug tactics, fraudulent voter registrations, and its role in popularizing risky subprime lending. Admitting that he had helped to fund ACORN's voter-registration efforts and train some of their organizers would doubtless have been an embarrassment but not likely a crippling blow to his campaign. So why not simply confess the tie and make light of it? The problem for Obama was ACORN's political arm, the New Party.
     The revelation in 2008 that Obama had joined an ACORN-controlled, leftist third party could have been damaging indeed, and coming clean about his broader work with ACORN might easily have exposed these New Party ties. Because the work of ACORN and the New Party often intersected with Obama's other alliances, honesty about his ties to either could have laid bare the entire network of his leftist political partnerships.
     Although Obama is ultimately responsible for deceiving the American people in 2008 about his political background, he got help from his old associates. Each of the two former political allies who helped him to deny his New Party membership during campaign '08 was in a position to know better.
     The Fight the Smears website quoted Carol Harwell, who managed Obama's 1996 campaign for the Illinois senate: "Barack did not solicit or seek the New Party endorsement for state senator in 1995." Drawing on her testimony, Fight the Smears conceded that the New Party did support Obama in 1996 but denied that Obama had ever joined, adding that "he was the only candidate on the ballot in his race and never solicited the endorsement."
     We've seen that this is false. Obama formally requested New Party endorsement, signed the candidate contract, and joined the party. Is it conceivable that Obama's own campaign manager could have been unaware of this? The notion is implausible. And the documents make Harwell's assertion more remarkable still.
     The New Party had a front group called Progressive Chicago, whose job was to identify candidates that the New Party and its sympathizers might support. Nearly four years before Obama was endorsed by the New Party, both he and Harwell joined Progressive Chicago and began signing public letters that regularly reported on the group's meetings. By prominently taking part in Progressive Chicago activities, Obama was effectively soliciting New Party support for his future political career (as was Harwell, on Obama's behalf). So Harwell's testimony is doubly false.
     When the New Party controversy broke out, just about the only mainstream journalist to cover it was Politico's Ben Smith, whose evident purpose was to dismiss it out of hand. He contacted Obama's official spokesman Ben LaBolt, who claimed that his candidate "was never a member" of the New Party. And New Party co-founder and leader Joel Rogers told Smith, "We didn't really have members." But a line in the New Party's official newsletter explicitly identified Obama as a party member. Rogers dismissed that as mere reference to "the fact that the party had endorsed him."
     This is nonsense. I exposed the falsity of Rogers's absurd claim, and Smith's credulity in accepting it, in 2008 (here and here). And in Radical-in-Chief I took on Rogers's continuing attempts to justify it. The recently uncovered New Party records reveal how dramatically far from the truth Rogers's statement has been all along.
     In a memo dated January 29, 1996, Rogers, writing as head of the New Party Interim Executive Council, addressed "standing concerns regarding existing chapter development and activity, the need for visibility as well as new members." So less than three weeks after Obama joined the New Party, Rogers was fretting about the need for new members. How, then, could Rogers assert in 2008 that his party "didn't really have members"? Internal documents show that the entire leadership of the New Party, both nationally and in Chicago, was practically obsessed with signing up new members, from its founding moments until it dissolved in the late 1990s.
     In 2008, after I called Rogers out on his ridiculous claim that his party had no members, he explained to Ben Smith that "we did have regular supporters whom many called 'members,' but it just meant contributing regularly, not getting voting rights or other formal power in NP governance." This is also flatly contradicted by the newly uncovered records.
     At just about the time Obama joined the New Party, the Chicago chapter was embroiled in a bitter internal dispute. A party-membership list is attached to a memo in which the leaders of one faction consider a scheme to disqualify potential voting members from a competing faction, on the grounds that those voters had not renewed their memberships. The factional leaders worried that their opponents would legitimately object to this tactic, since a mailing that called for members to renew hadn't been properly sent out. At any rate, the memo clearly demonstrates that, contrary to Rogers's explanation, membership in the New Party entailed the right to vote on matters of party governance. In fact, Obama's own New Party endorsement, being controversial, was thrown open to a members' vote on the day he joined the party.
     Were Harwell and Rogers deliberately lying in order to protect Obama and deceive the public? Readers can decide for themselves. Yet it is clear that Obama, through his official spokesman, Ben LaBolt, and the Fight the Smears website, was bent on deceiving the American public about a matter whose truth he well knew.
     The documents reveal that the New Party's central aim was to move the United States steadily closer to European social democracy, a goal that Mitt Romney has also attributed to Obama. New Party leaders disdained mainstream Democrats, considering them tools of business, and promised instead to create a partnership between elected officials and local community organizations, with the goal of socializing the American economy to an unprecedented degree.
     The party's official "statement of principles," which candidates seeking endorsement from the Chicago chapter were asked to support, called for a "peaceful revolution" and included redistributive proposals substantially to the left of the Democratic party.
     To get a sense of the ideology at play, consider that the meeting at which Obama joined the party opened with the announcement of a forthcoming event featuring the prominent socialist activist Frances Fox Piven. The Chicago New Party sponsored a luncheon with Michael Moore that same year.

In the meantime, let us see whether a press that let candidate Obama off the hook in 2008 — and that in 2012 is obsessed with the president's youthful love letters  — will now refuse to report that President Obama once joined a leftist third party, and that he hid that truth from the American people in order to win the presidency.
