Many Americans actually pay $1 (or more) out of every $2 earned to some form of tax while approximately 50% of people pay no taxes! Do you have to pay your bills? The Fed takes $3 in and spends $5. How long could you do that? (Remember in November)
NYT/CBS Poll: 52% Say Obama Moving America Towards Socialism

Approximately 10 billion of your hard-earned tax dollars will go to the IRS and 16,000 new IRS agents will be tasked to enforce ObamaCare.
The National Day of Prayer which has been a part of the American landscape since the days of President Harry S. Truman no longer exists at the White House - just as a paper proclamation. For decades, every first Thursday in May has been used to observe the day of prayer which was originally designed to remind people to pray for family, friends, those less fortunate, to soften the hearts of enemies, and of course for the country. The cancellation of this day at the White House with less than one month to its next celebration has created a mixed bag of reactions.

I recently asked my friends' little girl what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be President some day.
Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her, 'If you were President what would be the first thing you would do?'
She replied, "I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people."
Her parents beamed with pride.
'Wow...what a worthy goal." I told her, 'But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and rake my yard, and I'll pay you $50.
Then I'll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house."
She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, "Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?"
I said, "Welcome to the Republican Party."
Her parents still aren't speaking to me. . . .

The U. S. Constitution and the President
source, excerpts: http://home.comcast.net/~sharonday7/Presidents/AP0601.htm
1. What are the qualifications to be president? How old must you be? [eligibility, requirements, minimum age]
Reply: It is found in the Constitution of the United States, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
2. What does it mean in the Constitution when it says "natural born Citizen?"
From Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition: "Natural born citizen. Persons who are born within the jurisdiction of a national government, i.e. in its territorial limits, or those born of citizens temporarily residing abroad."
The Official list of Obama Administration Scandals!
"Contains scandals, mistakes, blunders, broken promises, flip flops, gaffes, lies, etc. That's too long of a name, so we call it the Scandals List." -- Peter Andrew,
http://ConservativeAmerican.org "Simply put, there's no reason to believe anything Obama says is sincere, and every reason to believe the primary motivation of his every word is political calculation… his partisan record stands in stark contrast to his flowery rhetoric, and his ever-expanding list of broken promises is the stuff of legends." -- Calvin Freiburger
The scandals lists provide good detail and links to legitimate sources for the information.
