First, let me say that you and your staff are among the few that regularly respond to constituents' email messages. Thank you.
Though, you regularly vote far "left" from my issues positions, your honesty and candor are appreciated.
As to the abortion issue [baby killing, generally for profit], I whole-heartedly agree that "reproductive health services" & "family planning" are needed except for the "800 pound gorilla in the room"...baby killing. However, euphamisms should not be used as a means to obsfuscate the facts nor the bottom line which is simply that it should not be the policy of the U.S. Government to fund, promote or advocate the killing of babies. We, you and I, are aware of the influence of the abortionist lobby and their monies contributed to politicians' campaigns are not small by any measure. I am struck by the glaring obviousness that most ensconsed/elected representatives vote their personal beliefs above their represented majority all-the-while 'cowtowing' to lobbyists and rooting in the trough of donation retribution.
One could 'change' America away from it's Judeao-Christian heritage and lead us to a "new world" view in which babies and euphamisms are interchangeable and equally disposable. Is this the American way? No, I think not.
It is amazing to me that so many people who are of those who were persecuted under past regimes, will again, especially if Sharia Law in America begins to have power, suffer the fate that so many millions of young American (babies) now endure. In the case of Negro America, 25% of the entire black population has been exterminated by abortionists since 1973. Statistics are what they are - but Life Is and choice is not ...not for the children slaughtered today as in the "Endlösung der Judenfrage" (Final Solution to the Jewish Question.)
"The first thing I'd do, as president, is sign the Freedom of Choice Act. That's the first thing that I'd do." (Obama, 2007)
"I could smell the babies burning." (Tiller's crematorium staff, 1993)
abortion murders by Tiller estimates (at appr'x $5000 per) 60,000 of which 10,000 were late term/full term = $30,000,000.00

Dear Mr. Harrold:Thank you for writing to me to express your support for proposed restrictions on private coverage of preventative services for reproductive care in health reform legislation. Thank you for taking the time to write, and I welcome the opportunity to respond.
The Senate Finance Committee is currently debating health care reform proposals. One proposal would create a Health Insurance Exchange through which individuals and small businesses could purchase health insurance. In order to assist those not able to afford health insurance, some individuals and families would receive subsidies to help pay for the health insurance. Insurers would provide an essential benefits package, which would be determined by the Department of Health and Human Services after receiving recommendations from a federal advisory committee. The Senate Finance Committee is considering restrictions on insurance packages offered in the Exchange, specifically restricting preventative services for reproductive care, including abortion.
I understand your opinion that private coverage of abortion services should be restricted in health reform. However, I believe that reproductive health services should be treated no differently than any other health care service or benefit. I understand that many individuals may not want to purchase health insurance that covers reproductive services, but I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to select health insurance without those services restricted.
I support preventative reproductive care because I believe that services such as family planning are incredibly valuable. I understand that we may disagree on this issue, but please know that I will keep your comments in mind as I continue to review health care reform legislation in the 111th Congress.
Again, thank you for writing. If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact my Washington D.C. office at (202) 224-3841. Best regards.
Sincerely yours,
Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator
